Claims (13)
- 편광자의 적어도 일방의 면에, 접착제층을 개재하여 투명 보호 필름이 형성되어 있는 편광판으로서, 상기 접착제층이 편광판용 접착제에 의해 형성되고,상기 편광판용 접착제는, 폴리비닐알코올계 수지, 가교제 및 아세틸렌 골격을 갖는 화합물을 함유하는 레벨링제를 함유하여 이루어지는 수지 용액이고, 또한,상기 레벨링제는, 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 100 중량부에 대해, 0.01 ∼ 10 중량부의 비율로 배합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 레벨링제는, 아세틸렌 골격을 갖는 화합물을 함유하는 수분산체 또는 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 수분산체가, 알킬렌글리콜을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,아세틸렌 골격을 갖는 화합물이, 아세틸렌글리콜류의 에틸렌옥사이드 부가물 및/또는 프로필렌옥사이드 부가물인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,폴리비닐알코올계 수지가, 아세토아세틸기를 함유하는 폴리비닐알코올계 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,가교제가, 메틸올기를 갖는 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,가교제의 배합량이, 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 100 중량부에 대해, 1 ∼ 60 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,접착제층의 두께가, 10 ∼ 300㎚ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 및 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 편광판을 제조하는 방법으로서,편광판용 접착제를 조제하는 공정,투명 보호 필름 상에 상기 편광판용 접착제를 도포하고, 접착제층을 형성하는 공정,편광자와 상기 접착제층이 형성된 투명 보호 필름을, 상기 접착제층에 의해 부착하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 및 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 편광판을 제조하는 방법으로서,편광판용 접착제를 조제하는 공정,투명 보호 필름 상에 상기 편광판용 접착제를 도포한 후, 건조에 의해, 상기 투명 보호 필름 상에 접착제층을 형성하는 공정,편광자와 상기 접착제층이 형성된 투명 보호 필름을, 상기 접착제층에 의해 부착하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 편광판이, 적어도 1 장 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 편광판이 사용되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시 장치.
