Claims (3)
- 공기 압축기(Air Compressor)로부터 압축공기를 저장하기 위한 에어탱크 제조방법에 있어서,저장되는 에어의 용량에 따라 체적을 산출하여 산출된 값을 기초로 내부 공간(12)이 적어도 하나 이상 형성된 통상의 알루미늄 프로파일 중 선택되는 알루미늄 프로파일(10,10')을 적어도 두개 이상 분할하여 절단하는 단계(S11)와;절단된 각각의 알루미늄 프로파일(10,10')의 양측면과 상단 및 하단에 피팅탭을 가공하는 단계(S21)와;상기 각각의 알루미늄 프로파일(10,10')의 양측면이 기밀하도록 고무패킹(30) 또는 가스켓을 장착하고, 고무패킹(30) 또는 가스켓의 일면에 외부면과 고정될 열린장공(Open slot)(21a)을 형성한 결합편(21)이 일체로 이루어진 고정판(20)을 결합하는 단계(S31)와;상기 각각의 알루미늄 프로파일(10,10')의 양측면과 상단 및 하단에 형성된 피팅탭에 니플(40)을 장착하는 단계(S41)와;상기 각각의 알루미늄 프로파일(10,10')의 내부공간(12,12')이 연통되도록 각각의 알루미늄 프로파일(10,10')의 니플(40) 중 어느 하나 이상의 니플과 니플을 연결하는 커플러(62,63)를 장착하는 단계(S50);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 프로파일을 이용한 에어탱크 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄 프로파일을 이용한 에어탱크 제조방법은 레귤레이터 장치, 솔레노이드밸브 장치, 배기장치(Exhaust) 중 선택되는 하나의 장치, 또는 둘 이상의 장치를 선택되는 알루미늄 프로파일에 결합시 알루미늄 프로파일의 길이방향에 형성된 홈(11)을 이용하되, 상기 결합을 위한 결합수단은 상기 홈(11)의 규격에 맞는 볼트, 너트인 것이 특징인 알루미늄 프로파일을 이용한 에어탱크 제조방법.
