Claims (4)
- 양단부에 연료극(11)과 공기극(12)이 위치되고 이들 사이에 전해질(13)이 마련되며 이들 연료극(11)과 공기극(12)으로 각각 공급된 수소와 산소에 의한 전기화학반응을 통해 전기를 생성시키는 스택(10);상기 스택(10)의 연료극(11)으로 수소를 공급하기 위해 연료가스를 수소로 전환시키는 자열개질기(20);상기 스택(10)으로부터 배출되는 폐가스 및 폐공기를 연소시켜 폐열을 외부로 방출시키는 동시에 이 연소열을 통해 공정공기를 열교환 가열시켜 스택(10)의 공기극(12)으로 공급하는 열교환형촉매연소기(30);상기 자열개질기(20)로 개질공기를 공급하기 위한 연소기(40); 및상기 자열개질기(20)로 스팀을 공급하기 위한 스팀발생기(50);를 포함하여 구성되는 컴팩트 고체산화물 연료전지 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 연소기(40)의 전방에 공급되는 개질공기가 열교환형촉매연소기(30)를 거쳐 열 교환된 후 자열개질기(20)로 공급되도록 하는 유로전환밸브(60)가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트 고체산화물 연료전지 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열교환형촉매연소기(30)의 후방에 폐열스팀발생기(70)가 마련되고, 상기 스팀발생기(50)의 전방에 공급되는 물을 상기 폐열스팀발생기(70)의 폐열을 이용하여 스팀을 생성시킨 후 자열개질기(20)로 공급되도록 하는 유로전환밸브(80)가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트 고체산화물 연료전지 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 스택(10), 자열개질기(20), 열교환형촉매연소기(30), 연소기(40), 스팀발생기(50) 및 폐열스팀발생기(70)는 열손실을 방지하기 위한 단열케이싱(90)으로 덮어씌워진 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트 고체산화물 연료전지 시스템.
