Claims (4)
- 엘이디 발광소자와 상기 엘이디 발광소자에 전원을 공급하는 리드 및 상기 엘이디 발광소자의 하단에 밀착설치된 방열 슬러그(Heat Slug)를 구비한 엘이디 모듈;상기 방열 슬러그 하부면에 솔더링(Soldering, 납땜)된 방열 리벳(Heat Rivet);상기 방열 리벳을 소정 깊이만큼 수용하기 위한 요홈이 상부에 형성된 방열핀; 및상기 방열핀의 상단면에 밀착설치되고 상기 리드와 연결되며 상기 엘이디 모듈과 상기 방열 리벳이 관통되기 위한 관통부가 중앙에 형성된 회로기판을 포함하는 방열구조를 구비한 엘이디 조명기구.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 방열 리벳의 재질은 구리(Cu) 또는 은(Ag)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방열구조를 구비한 엘이디 조명기구.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 방열핀의 재질은 알루미늄(Al)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방열구조를 구비한 엘이디 조명기구.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회로기판은 유리에폭시(Flame Retardant-4 : FR-4) PCB기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 방열구조를 구비한 엘이디 조명기구.
