Abstract
본 발명인 고효율 저온살균 냉각기는, 제품을 예열시키기 위한 예열 수조와; 상기 예열수조에서 예열된 제품을 가열 멸균시키기 위한 가열 수조와; 상기 가열수조에서 멸균 처리된 제품을 냉각시키기 위한 냉각수조와; 상기 냉각수조 및 예열수조와 배관으로 연결되어 냉각수조의 냉각수를 냉각 순환시키고, 예열수조의 예열수를 예열 순환시키도록 된 히트펌프로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 냉각수조(20)에서 데워진 물을 냉동기(40)를 통하여 순환하는 과정에서는 증발기에서 흡수된 열에너지를 응축기에서 외부 대기로 방출하지 아니하고 이 열에너지를 저온살균 과정에 다시 이용할 수 있어 저온살균 냉각기의 열효율을 현저히 개선하고, 에너지를 절감하며, 및 에너지 비용을 대폭 줄이는 경제적인 효과가 있다.

Claims (5)
- 제품을 예열시키기 위하여, 히트펌프를 통하여 데워진 예열수를 공급받는 예열수 공급 파이프(5)와 예열수 배출 파이프(5')가 물속에 잠기도록 바닥면에서 돌출되어 구비된 예열 수조와;
상기 예열수조에서 예열된 제품을 가열 멸균시키기 위하여, 증기보일러에서 가열된 증기를 물속에서 분사하여 가열수의 온도가 80℃ 이상이 되도록 가열하는 증기분사 파이프(3)가 물속에 잠기도록 바닥면에서 돌출되어 구비된 가열 수조와;
상기 가열수조에서 멸균 처리된 제품을 냉각시키기 위하여, 히트펌프에서 냉각된 냉각수를 공급받는 냉각수 공급 파이프(4)와 냉각수 배출 파이프(4')가 물속에 잠기는 형태로 바닥면에서 돌출되어 구비된 냉각수조와;
상기 냉각수조 및 예열수조와 배관으로 연결되어 냉각수조의 냉각수를 냉각 순환시키고, 예열수조의 예열수를 예열 순환시키도록 된 히트펌프와;
상기 예열수조, 가열수조, 냉각수조에는 제품을 이송하고, 가열시간 조정을 가능토록 하기 위한 컨베이어 벨트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 저온살균 냉각기 - 삭제

상기 히트펌프와 냉각수조 사이에 연결된 배관은 상기 히트펌프의 증발기를 통과하면서 배관내의 물이 냉각되도록 되어 있고, 상기 히트펌프와 예열수조 사이에 연결된 배관은 상기 히트펌프의 응축기를 통과하면서 배관내의 물이 예열되도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 저온살균 냉각기 - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 냉각수조의 배관은 냉각수조의 냉각수가 히트펌프를 통하여 냉각수조로 순환하도록 펌프가 설치되고, 상기 예열수조의 배관은 예열수조의 예열수가 히트펌프를 통하여 예열수조로 순환하도록 펌프가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 저온살균 냉각기
