Description
Claims (7)
- 거리 측정을 위한 기준광을 발생시키는 광원유닛;상기 기준광을 받은 피측정체에서 반사된 빛을 수광하는 수광소자;상기 기준광의 경로를 조절하며 상기 피측정체에서 반사된 빛이 상기 수광소자로 향하도록 경로를 조절하는 미러; 및상기 미러로부터 반사된 빛을 상기 수광소자로 집광시키는 센서렌즈를 포함하고,상기 센서렌즈는 비대칭 형상으로 형성되어 빛을 굴절시키는 렌즈부와, 상기 렌즈부의 둘레에 마련되어 상기 센서렌즈의 고정을 위한 결합부위를 제공하는 플랜지부와, 상기 렌즈부에 형성되며 상기 기준광이 통과하는 광통과부를 포함하며,상기 수광소자는 상기 렌즈부의 광학적 중심축과 일직선 상에 배치되고, 상기 광통과부는 상기 렌즈부의 광학적 중심축에서 이격되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 거리 측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 센서렌즈는,상기 렌즈부와 상기 플랜지부 사이에 형성되는 단차부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거리 측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈부는,상기 플랜지부의 일측에 마련되며 비대칭 형상으로 구비되는 제1렌즈부와,상기 플랜지부의 타측에 마련되며 비대칭 형상으로 구비되는 제2렌즈부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거리 측정 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 센서렌즈는,비대칭으로 이루어진 상기 렌즈부의 장착 방향을 가이드하는 가이드수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거리 측정 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가이드수단은,상기 플랜지부의 일측에 마련되어 상기 플랜지부와 다른 곡률을 갖는 가이드부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거리 측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광통과부는,상기 센서렌즈를 관통하여 형성되는 광통과홀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거리 측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광통과부는,상기 렌즈부의 굴절면에서 빛이 출사되는 부분을 빛의 진행방향에 대해 실질적으로 수직이 되도록 가공되어 형성된 광통과면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거리 측정 장치.
