Description
Claims (4)
- 전원 인가 시 진동하도록 일정한 패턴을 갖는 진동전극이 형성된 진동판과;상기 진동판의 상부면에 접촉하고, 상기 진동판의 외측 테두리를 따라 배치되는 가열부재와;상기 진동판의 하부면에 접촉하고, 상기 진동판의 외측 테두리를 따라 배치되는 온도감지센서와;상기 진동판의 상하부면에 접촉하고, 상기 진동판을 지지하도록 배치되는 진동판 지지부재를 포함하되,상기 진동판은 중앙부분에 형성되는 원형의 진동전극을 포함하고, 상기 중앙부분으로부터 외곽부분까지 상기 원형의 진동전극에 연장형성되는 직사각형의 진동전극을 포함하며,상기 가열부재와 상기 온도감지센서는 상기 진동판을 사이에 두고 상호 대응하도록 각각 띠 형태로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 항온조제어 수정발진기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가열부재에 전원이 인가되도록 상기 진동판의 상부면에 접촉하고, 상기 가열부재의 양끝단에 연결되어 배치되는 적어도 두 개의 전극단자를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 항온조제어 수정발진기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 온도감지센서에 전원이 인가되도록 상기 진동판의 하부면에 접촉하고, 상기 온도감지센서의 양끝단에 연결되어 배치되는 적어도 두 개의 전극단자를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 항온조제어 수정발진기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 가열부재와 온도감지센서는 박막필름(Thin Film) 형태임을 특징으로 하는 항온조제어 수정발진기.
