Claims (7)
- 핀(11), 슬리브(21) 및 받침대부재로 이루어지고, 워크피스 내의 개구에 삽입하기 위한 블라인드 패스너에 있어서,상기 핀(11)은 슬리브(21)의 내부로 뻗고, 슬리브의 꼬리쪽 단부에서 또는 그 꼬리쪽 단부 부근에서 슬리브와 결합하며;슬리브는 반경방향으로 확장 가능한 부분을 가지며;받침대부재는 슬리브의 헤드단부와 인접하고, 상기 헤드단부로부터 반경방향으로 돌출하며, 핀(11)은 받침대부재를 넘어서 뻗으며;슬리브(21)가 워크피스 내의 개구로 삽입되고 슬리브(21)의 확장가능한 부분이 워크피스의 블라인드 면을 넘어서 돌출하며, 받침대부재가 워크피스의 근거리 면과 접촉하는 경우, 또는 점진적으로 증가하는 인장력이 받침대부재를 넘어서 뻗는 핀(11)의 부분에 인가되고, 반동력이 상기 받침대부재를 통해서 전달되어, 슬리브(21)가 받침대부재와 슬리브의 핀(11)과의 결합부분사이에서 축방향으로 압축되는 경우, 슬리브(21)의 반경방향으로 확장가능한 부분이 반경방향으로 확장해서 워크피스의 블라인드 면과 접촉하는 블라인드 헤드를 형성하고, 이에 의해 블라인드 헤드와 받침대부재의 사이에서 워크피스에 압축을 가하며, 그 후 상기 받침대부재는 핀(11)에 고정될 수 있으며;워크피스의 개구에 패스너를 삽입하기 전에, 받침대부재는, 조립된 패스너의 취급을 가능하게 하며 워크피스 내의 개구에 삽입되어 그 내부에 설치할 수 있을 정도로 강한 수단이지만, 핀(11)과 슬리브(21)를 워크피스의 개구로부터 나오게 하여 상기 워크피스로부터 패스너가 제거되도록 슬리브(21)로부터 받침대부재를 제거할 수 있을 정도로 약한 수단에 의해, 상기 슬리브(21)에 제거가능하도록 고정되고,슬리브(21)와 받침대부재는 분리된 부재이며, 제거가능한 고정수단은 슬리브와 받침대부재 중 적어도 하나를 변형시켜서 다른 쪽과 결합시키는 것을 포함하고,슬리브(21)는, 이 슬리브(21)가 개구를 통하여 구동되는 것을 방해할 정도로는 강하지 않은 플랜지(26)를 포함하는, 반경방향으로 뻗은 헤드(25)를 가지며, 받침대부재는, 슬리브헤드(25)가 수납되는 대응하는 오목부(37)를 가지며, 오목부에 인접하는 받침대부재의 부분은 슬리브헤드(25)를 덮고, 또한 슬리브헤드(25)에 접촉하도록 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블라인드 패스너
- 제 1항에 있어서,받침대부재는 슬리브헤드 주위의 떨어진 복수의 위치에서 슬리브헤드(25)를 덮고, 또한 슬리브헤드(25)에 접촉하도록 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블라인드 패스너.
- 워크피스내에 설치된, 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 기재된 블라인드 패스너를 워크피스로부터 제거하는 방법으로서,슬리브로부터 받침대부재를 제거하는 단계와,블라인드 면쪽의 개구로부터 핀과 슬리브를 제거하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 블라인드 패스너를 워크피스로부터 제거하는 방법.
