Claims (7)
- 회전자 코어의 원주방향을 따라 다층 삽입된 구조로 서로 마주보게 배열되는 N극 및 S극용 영구자석과, 상기 N극 및 S극용 영구자석 사이의 회전자 코어내에 형성되는 플럭스 베리어를 포함하되, 상기 N극 및 S극용 영구자석은 회전자 중심축에서 외경방향으로 둔각을 이루며 다수열로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속모터용 회전자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 플럭스 베리어는 다수열로 배열된 N극 및 S극용 영구자석중 가장 안쪽과 중간쪽 영구자석의 양단으로부터 회전자의 외경쪽으로 절곡되는 제1 및 제2플럭스 베리어와, 가장 바깥쪽 영구자석의 양단으로부터 원주방향으로 연장되어 제2플럭스 베리어에 인접되는 제3플럭스 베리어로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고속모터용 회전자.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2플럭스 베리어의 외끝단부와 회전자 코어의 외끝단 사이에 보조 플럭스 베리어가 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고속모터용 회전자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 N극 및 S극용 영구자석의 중앙부위에는 N극 및 S극을 2등분으로 분리시키면서 회전자 코어와 동일 평면을 이루는 제1립이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고속모터용 회전자.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 N극 및 S극용 영구자석의 양끝단과 상기 제1 내지 제3플럭스 베리어의 사이에도 회전자 코어와 동일 평면을 이루는 제2립이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고속모터용 회전자.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 보조 플럭스 베리어의 내끝단과 제2 및 제3플럭스 베리어의 외끝단 사이, 보조 플럭스 베리어의 외끝단과 회전자 코어의 외끝단 사이에도 회전자 코어와 동일 평면을 이루는 제3립이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고속모터용 회전자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 N극 및 S극용 영구자석중 가장 바깥쪽 것과 회전자 코어의 외끝단 사이에 일정한 간격의 회전자 코어면을 잔존시켜, 상기 N극 및 S극용 영구자석 보호를 위한 리태이닝 캔 역할을 하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 고속모터용 회전자.
