Claims (2)
- 디젤 엔진의 배기 계통에 설치되어 내부에 배기 가스의 유동을 도모하는 중공형상의 금속재 쉘과; 상기 금속재 쉘의 내부에 설치되어, 배기 가스중 입자상 물질을 포집하여 정화하도록 다수의 미세한 통공을 격자상으로 갖춘 세라믹재 촉매 담체 및; 상기 세라믹재 촉매 담체를 상기 금속재 쉘의 내부에 고정 지지하면서 특정 온도 이상이면 부피가 팽창하는 세라믹재 화이버의 일종인 버미큐라이트 입자로 이루어진 원통 형상의 지지체를 갖추되; 상기 세라믹재 촉매 담체에는 발화 물질이 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 엔진용 촉매 컨버터의 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발화 물질은 세라믹재 촉매 담체의 격벽부 표면에 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 엔진용 촉매 컨버터의 구조.
