- 중량%로, 탄소(C) 0.03~0.30%, 실리콘(Si) 0.01-0.30%, 망간(Mn) 0.2-2.0%, 인(P) 0.02-0.10%, 황(S) 0.06-0.45%, 비스무스(Bi) 0.04-0.20%, 주석(Sn) 0.04-0.20%, 보론(B) 0.001-0.015%, 질소(N) 0.001-0.010%, 전산소(T[O]) 0.002-0.025% 및 잔부 Fe와 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지며,주석, 비스무스, 황, 망간, 보론 및 질소가 하기 식(1) 내지 (3)으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 1 또는 2 이상의 관계를 만족하고,미세조직 중 펄라이트의 상분율이 3.0% 이하인 페라이트 조직으로 상기 페라이트 조직의 평균 결정립 크기는 40㎛ 이하임을 특징으로 하는 무연쾌삭강.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무연쾌삭강 내부에는 MnO-SiO2-Al2O3계, CaO-SiO2-Al2O3계 또는 이들이 혼합된 저융점 복합 산화성 개재물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무연쾌삭강.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 MnO-SiO2-Al2O3계 개재물은 MnO이 20 ~ 65중량%, SiO2가 25-60중량% 및 Al2O3가 30중량% 이하(0%는 제외)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 무연쾌삭강.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 CaO-SiO2-Al2O3계 개재물은 CaO가 10 ~ 55중량%, SiO2가 35 ~ 65중량% 및 Al2O3가 25중량% 이하(0%는 제외)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무연쾌삭강.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 저융점 복합 산화성 개재물은 선재 5g당 5개 이상 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무연쾌삭강.
- 중량%로, 탄소(C) 0.03~0.30%, 실리콘(Si) 0.01-0.30%, 망간(Mn) 0.2-2.0%, 인(P) 0.02-0.10%, 황(S) 0.06-0.45%, 비스무스(Bi) 0.04-0.20%, 주석(Sn) 0.04-0.20%, 보론(B) 0.001-0.015%, 질소(N) 0.001-0.010%, 전산소(T[O]) 0.002-0.025% 및 잔부 Fe와 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지며,주석, 비스무스, 황, 망간, 보론 및 질소가 하기 식(1) 내지 (3)으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 1 또는 2 이상의 관계를 만족하는 강재를,1200~1300℃의 온도 범위에서 180분 이상 균열처리한 후, 1100~1200℃의 온도범위에서 12~16 pass로 압연하는 빌렛의 조압연 단계;1000~1100℃의 온도 범위에서 압연하는 빌렛의 사상압연 단계;1200~1300℃의 온도범위에서 100분 이상 균열처리한 후 압연하는 선재압연 단계;800~900℃의 온도범위에서 권취하는 권취 단계; 및450~550℃의 온도범위까지 2.0~5.0℃/sec 범위의 냉각속도로 냉각한 후 공냉하는 냉각 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무연쾌삭강의 제조방법.
