Claims (12)
- 아스팔트(asphalt) 혼합물에 있어서,아스팔트; 및개질 유황 결합재를 포함하되,상기 개질 유황 결합재는 유황과 상기 유황의 개질제로서 상기 유황 100% 중량에 대하여 디시클로 펜타디엔(dicyclo pentadiene)계 개질제 0.1~100 중량%와 상기 유황 100 중량%에 대하여 헤테로 고리 아민류(hetero cyclic amine) 또는 알킬아민류(alkylamine) 0.01~200 중량%가 용융 혼합된 개질 유황 결합재인 것을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 개질 유황 결합재는,상기 개질 유황 결합재에 유황, 올리고머(oligomer) 및 디씨클로 펜타디엔(dicyclo pentadiene)을 사용하여 생성되는 또 다른 개질 유황 결합재가 혼합된 개질 유황 결합재인 것을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 아스팔트 혼합물은 광물성 분말을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 아스팔트 혼합물은 골재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 아스팔트 혼합물은 에폭시(epoxy) 수지, MMA(Methyl Methacrylate) 수지, 라텍스(latex) 수지 중 적어도 하나의 수지를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 아스팔트 혼합물은 슬래그(slag), 실리카 흄(silica fume) 중 적어도 하나를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 혼합물.
- 아스팔트(asphalt) 혼합물의 제조 방법에 있어서,아스팔트와 개질 유황 결합재를 용융하는 단계(a); 및상기 용융된 상기 아스팔트와 상기 개질 유황 결합재를 혼합하는 단계(b)를 포함하되,상기 개질 유황 결합재는 유황과 상기 유황의 개질제로서 상기 유황 100% 중량에 대하여 디시클로 펜타디엔(dicyclo pentadiene)계 개질제 0.1~100 중량%와 상기 유황 100 중량%에 대하여 헤테로 고리 아민류(hetero cyclic amine) 또는 알킬아민류(alkylamine) 0.01~200 중량%가 용융 혼합된 개질 유황 결합재인 것을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 혼합물의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 개질 유황 결합재는,상기 개질 유황 결합재에 유황, 올리고머(oligomer) 및 디씨클로 펜타디엔(dicyclo pentadiene)을 사용하여 생성되는 또 다른 개질 유황 결합재가 혼합된 개질 유황 결합재인 것을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 혼합물의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 단계(b)는,광물성 분말을 더 포함하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 혼합물의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 단계(b)는,골재를 더 포함하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 혼합물의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 단계(b)는,에폭시(epoxy) 수지, MMA(Methyl Methacrylate) 수지, 라텍스(latex) 수지 중 적어도 하나의 수지를 더 포함하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 혼합물의 제조 방법.
