Claims (3)
- 비이행 아크 및 이행 아크를 포함하는 혼합형 플라즈마 토치의 전원 공급장치에 있어서,상기 혼합형 플라즈마 토치로 전류를 공급하는 하나의 정류기; 및상기 정류기와 병렬로 배치되어 상기 정류기로부터 전류를 공급받아, 전류량을 제어하여 상기 혼합형 플라즈마 토치에 공급하는 한 쌍의 절연게이트 양극성 트랜지스터 스택(insulated gate bipolar transistor stack; IGBT stack)들을 포함하되,상기 절연게이트 양극성 트랜지스터 스택들은,상기 비이행 아크 및 상기 이행 아크로 공급되는 전류량의 합을 결정하는 제1 절연게이트 양극성 트랜지스터; 및상기 비이행 아크 및 상기 이행 아크로 공급되는 전류량의 비를 결정하는 제2 절연게이트 양극성 트랜지스터를 포함하고,상기 제2 절연게이트 양극성 트랜지스터는 온(on) 상태 또는 오프(off) 상태의 비율에 따라, 상기 혼합형 플라즈마 토치를 비이행 모드, 이행 모드 또는 이들의 혼합 모드로 작동하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합형 플라즈마 토치의 전원 공급 장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,각각의 상기 절연게이트 양극성 트랜지스터 스택은, 상기 혼합형 플라즈마 토치에 공급되는 전류를 제어하기 위해 온/오프 상태로 되는 한 쌍의 절연게이트 양극성 트랜지스터 쵸퍼(IGBT chopper)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합형 플라즈마 토치의 전원 장치.
