Claims (7)
- 베이스필름 상에 폴리에틸렌계 왁스를 코팅, 건조한 이형층;아크릴계수지, 니트로셀룰로오스, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 부티레이트를 혼합한 용액을 코팅, 건조한 착색층;금속증착층 및비닐계수지, 아크릴계수지, 실리카입자를 혼합한 용액을 코팅, 건조한 접착층;이 순차적으로 형성되며, 327nm에서 측정된 UV투과도가 5 ~ 10%인 전사 호일.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 이형층은 고형분 0.6 ~ 0.12 중량%의 폴리에틸렌계 왁스를 건조 도포량(dry pick-up)이 0.20~ 0.50 g/㎡가 되도록 코팅, 건조한 전사 호일.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 착색층은 아크릴계수지 : 니트로셀룰로오스 : 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 부티레이트를 60~80 : 10~20 : 10~20 혼합한 용액을 건조 도포량(dry pick-up)이 1.15 ~ 1.2 g/㎡가 되도록 코팅, 건조한 전사 호일.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 금속증착층은 알루미늄의 증착두께가 200~300 Å인 전사 호일.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 접착층은 비닐계수지 : 아크릴계수지 : 실리카입자를 20~30 : 50~60 : 10~30 중량비 혼합한 용액을 건조 도포량(dry pick-up)이 0.5 ~ 0.6 g/㎡가 되도록 코팅, 건조한 전사 호일.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 이형층은 327nm에서 측정된 UV투과도가 59 ~ 73%, 착색층은 327nm에서 측정된 UV투과도가 28 ~ 33%, 금속증착층은 327nm에서 측정된 UV투과도가 18 ~ 25%, 접착층은 327nm에서 측정된 UV투과도가 40 ~ 45%인 전사 호일.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 이형층은 고형분 0.6 ~ 0.12 중량%의 폴리에틸렌계 왁스를 건조 도포량(dry pick-up)이 0.20~ 0.50 g/㎡가 되도록 코팅, 건조하고,상기 착색층은 아크릴계수지 : 니트로셀룰로오스 : 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 부티레이트를 60~80 : 10~20 : 10~20 중량비로 혼합한 용액을 건조 도포량(dry pick-up)이 1.15 ~ 1.2 g/㎡가 되도록 코팅, 건조하고,상기 금속증착층은 알루미늄의 증착두께가 200~300 Å이고,상기 접착층은 비닐계수지 : 아크릴계수지 : 실리카입자를 20~30 : 50~60 : 10~30 중량비 혼합한 용액을 건조 도포량(dry pick-up)이 0.5 ~ 0.6 g/㎡가 되도록 코팅, 건조한 전사 호일.
