Claims (9)
- 스테인레스강재의 부동태 피막을 형성하는 스테인레스강재의 부동태화 처리 방법으로서,상기 스테인레스강재를 40∼60℃이고 pH 9∼12인 알칼리성 용액에 침지시키는 공정과,상기 알칼리성 용액으로서 pH 완충액을 첨가한 용액 또는 자체로 pH 완충 작용을 갖는 용액을 사용하고, 이 알칼리성 용액에 에어 버블링을 행하는 공정으로 이루어지며, 이에 따라 알칼리성 용액 속의 용존산소량을 증가시켜 부동태 피막을 구성하는 수산화물의 형성을 촉진시키고, 알칼리성 용액 속에 용해되는 이산화탄소에 의해 pH가 저하되는 것을 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강재의 부동태화 처리 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 침지 공정을 끝낸 스테인레스강재를 100∼200℃로 유지하여 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강재의 부동태화 처리 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 스테인레스강재는 연료전지용 세퍼레이터인 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강재의 부동태화 처리 방법.
- 스테인레스강 박판에 윤활제를 도포하여 가스 유로 및 냉각수 유로를 프레스 성형하는 공정과,세정용 알칼리성 용액을 프레스 성형한 후의 상기 스테인레스강 박판에 스프레이함으로써 스테인레스강 박판에 부착된 상기 윤활제를 제거하는 공정과,세정수를 상기 스테인레스강 박판에 스프레이함으로써 스테인레스강 박판에 부착된 상기 세정용 알칼리성 용액을 제거하는 공정과,이온교환수를 상기 스테인레스강 박판에 스프레이함으로써 스테인레스강 박판에 잔류하는 상기 세정수를 제거하는 공정과,상기 스테인레스강 박판을 부동태화 처리하기 위해서 부동태화 처리용 알칼리성 용액을 상기 스테인레스강 박판에 스프레이하는 공정과,이온교환수를 상기 스테인레스강 박판에 스프레이함으로써 스테인레스강 박판에 부착된 상기 부동태화 처리용 알칼리성 용액을 제거하는 공정과,상기 스테인레스강 박판을 가열 건조하는 공정으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 스테인레스강 세퍼레이터의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 부동태화 처리용 알칼리성 용액은 pH 9∼12이면서 40∼60℃로 한 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 스테인레스강 세퍼레이터의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 부동태화 처리용 알칼리성 용액은 pH 완충액을 첨가한 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 스테인레스강 세퍼레이터의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 가열 건조 처리는 100∼200℃에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 스테인레스강 세퍼레이터의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 세정용 알칼리성 용액은 염기성 염에 계면활성제를 첨가한 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 스테인레스강 세퍼레이터의 제조 방법.
