Claims (6)
- 바실러스 서브틸리스 (Bacillus subtilis) NJN-6 (CGMCC NO. 3183) 또는 바실러스 서브틸리스 (Bacillus subtilis) NJN-11 (CGMCC NO. 3184)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는, 연작 바나나의 시들음병을 방지하기 위한 것을 특징으로 하는 길항세균.
- 제1항에 따른 길항세균 NJN-6 및 NJN-11의 각각의 양이 1×108cfu/g 초과이고, 총 질소량은 4 ~ 5%(중량%)이며, 상기 총 질소량의 90%(중량%) 초과량이 유기 질소이고, 총 질소-인-칼륨 영양분은 6 ~ 10%(중량%)이고 유기물은 30 ~ 35%(중량%)인 것을 특징으로 하는 미생물 유기질 비료.
- (1) pH 값이 6.0 ~ 7.0이고, 배양 온도가 30 ~ 35℃; 교반속도가 180 ~ 300r/min; 발효시간이 48h; 발효 배양액의 세균 또는 포자의 양이 ≥ 1×1010ind/mL인 발효조건에서, 액체 발효를 위한 PDA 배양용액 내로 제 1항에 의한 길항세균 NJN-6 및 NJN-11을 접종하는 단계;
(2) NJN-6 및 NJN-11 발효액을 각각 성인 돼지 배설물 퇴비 및 평지씨를 으깬 곡물(rapeseed meal)의 미생물 효소적 가수분해 혼합물에 50L/t의 정량으로 접종하여 고상 발효를 실시하는 단계로서, 발효 온도는 50℃ 미만이고, 발효하는 동안에 상기 혼합물을 하루에 한번 뒤집고, 발효를 5일 안에 완결하여 길항세균의 양이 1×108cfu/g를 초과하도록 하여, 돼지 배설물과 평지씨를 으깬 곡물의 분해물을 포함하는 상기 NJN-6 및 NJN-11 고상 미생물제(microbial agents)를 얻는 단계;
(3) 2개의 형태에 의해 - 퇴비, 및 평지씨를 으깬 곡물, 길항제 NJN-6 고상 미생물제 및 길항제 NJN-11 고상 미생물제의 미생물 분해 혼합물을 1:1의 부피비로 혼합하여 퇴비의 혼합된 고상 미생물제 및 평지씨를 으깬 곡물의 미생물 분해 혼합물의 혼합된 고상 미생물제를 제조하는 단계; 및
(4) 퇴비의 고상 미생물제 혼합물(50-70% v/v) 및 평지씨를 으깬 곡물의 미생물 효소적 가수분해 혼합물의 고상 제조 혼합물(30-50% v/v)을 완전하게 혼합하고, 혼합물을 2-3일 동안 숙성시키고, 숙성되는 동안 2번 뒤집고, 종국에는 미생물 유기질 비료를 60℃를 초과하지 않는 온도에서 수분량이 30% 미만이 될 때까지 증발시키고, 포장 후 연작 바나나의 시들음병을 방지하는 미생물 유기질 비료를 얻는 단계를;
포함하는, 제1항에 따른 길항세균을 이용한 미생물 유기질 비료의 제조방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 (1) 단계에서 사용된 상기 PDA 배양액은 하기의 방법에 따른 미생물 유기질 비료의 제조방법으로서, 1L의 배지를 제조시 200g의 감자의 껍질을 벗기고, 조그맣게 깍뚝 썰기를 하고, 30분 동안 끓는 물에서 끓이고 난 후 혼합물을 여과시키고, 일반적인 수크로오스 20g를 첨가하고, 부피를 1000mL으로 고정시키고, pH 값을 7.2-7.4로 조절하고 상기 액체를 121℃에서 20분 동안 살균하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미생물 유기질 비료의 제조방법. - 제 3항 또는 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 (2) 단계에서 사용된 상기 성인 돼지 배설물 퇴비는 성인 돼지 배설물 퇴비의 발아 지수(germination index)가 98% 초과이며, 유기물의 양이 ≥35%(중량%)이고, 유기 질소의 양이 1.2-2%(중량%)이며, 수분량은 25-30%(중량%)인 미생물 유기질 비료의 제조방법. - 삭제
