Claims (5)
- 연속적으로 충전재를 압출하는 다이스와, 상기 다이스의 상방 및 하방에 배치되고 제1 상판시트 및 하판시트를 풀어서 상기 충전재의 상부면 및 하부면으로 공급하는 제1 상부언코일러와 하부언코일러을 포함하는 패널제조장치에 있어서,상기 제1 상부언코일러에서 공급되는 제1 상판시트와 중첩되게 제2 상판시트를 공급할 수 있도록 배치되는 제2 상부언코일러와,상기 제1 상부언코일러로부터 풀려진 제1 상판시트와 제2 상부언코일러로부터 풀려진 제2 상판시트가 통과하는 동안 상기 제1 상판시트와 제2 상판시트를 접합시키는 접합부와,이송중인 제1 상판시트와 제2 상판시트의 상방과 하방에 각각 승강가능하게 설치되어 상기 제1 상판시트와 제2 상판시트를 상기 제1 상판시트와 제2 상판시트의 이송방향과 수직한 방향으로 절단하는 상부커터와 하부커터가 구비되고, 상기 제1 상판시트 또는 제2 상판시트를 선택적으로 절단하는 절단부와,상기 접합부와 절단부를 일체로 연결하고, 상기 접합부와 절단부를 상기 제1 상판시트 또는 제2 상판시트를 따라서 이송시키는 이송부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 상부언코일러에는 상기 제1 상부언코일러에 감겨진 제1 상판시트와 다르게 표면가공된 제2 상판시트가 감겨지고, 상기 제1 상부언코일러와 상기 제2 상부언코일러로부터 제1 상판시트와 제2 상판시트가 번갈아가면서 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접합부는,상기 접합부를 통과하는 제1 상판시트 및 제2 상판시트를 향해 승강가능하게 구비되되는 상부접합블록과 하부접합블록을 마련하고, 상기 상부접합블록과 하부접합블록의 단부가 가열되어 상기 제1 상판시트와 제2 상판시트를 접합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접합부는,상기 제1 상판시트와 제2 상판시트 사이에 접착제를 도포하여 상기 제1 상판시트와 제2 상판시트를 접합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접합부는,상기 제1 상판시트와 제2 상판시트 사이에 양면테이프 접착시켜 상기 제1 상판시트와 제2 상판시트를 접합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널제조장치.
