Claims (5)
- 엔진을 기준으로 전, 후방에 각각 배치되는 라디에이터 및 리타더와,엔진의 측방에서 상기 라디에이터 측을 향하여 배치되고, 상기 엔진과 라디에이터에 연결되는 워터펌프와,엔진의 전방에 장착되어 상기 리타더와 연결되는 제1 서모스탯과,상기 라디에이터와 워터펌프 사이에서 상기 엔진의 전방에 장착되고, 상기 라디에이터, 리타더, 및 워터펌프와 각각 연결되는 제2 서모스탯을 포함하는 차량용 엔진 냉각 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 서모스텟과 제2 서모스텟은 개별적으로 제작되어 상호 결합된 상태로 상기 엔진에 장착되는 차량용 엔진 냉각 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 서모스탯은 제1 몸체를 구비하고, 상기 제2 서모스탯은 제2 몸체를 구비하며, 상기 제1 몸체와 제2 몸체는 결합 플레이트를 통해 일체로 결합되는 차량용 엔진 냉각 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 몸체와 제2 몸체는 상기 결합 플레이트를 사이에 두고 상호 대응하는 위치에 각각 다수개의 제1, 제2 볼트홀이 형성되고, 상기 각 볼트홀에 결합되는 체결볼트와, 그 체결볼트에 결합되는 너트를 통해 체결되는 차량용 엔진 냉각 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제 2몸체는 일측에 상기 리타더와 연결되는 공급포트와, 상기 워터펌프와 연결되는 바이패스 포트가 각각 형성되고, 타측에는 상기 라디에이터와 연결되는 배출포트가 상기 제2 몸체와의 장착면을 기준으로 경사지게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 엔진 냉각 시스템.
