Claims (8)
- 기설정된 좌표 입력값에 따라서 워크 테이블(work table)에 안착된 공작물을 절삭 가공하도록 X축, Y축, Z축 방향으로 자동 이송시키도록 조작패널이 제공되는 컴퓨터수치제어(CNC) 방식의 공작기계에 있어서,수평 방향 프레임인 베이스와;상기 베이스에 수직 방향으로 연결되어 공작기계의 구조적 중추를 담당하는 수직 프레임과;상기 베이스 상면에 구비되며 상하 및 전후 이송 동작이 가능한 다수 개 테이블과;상기 테이블 상면에 설치되어 가공 대상인 피공작물이 안치되어 X축 평면 수평 운동을 수행하는 다수 개 작업대와;상기 작업대로부터 수직 이격되어 구비되며 상기 피공작물 가공을 위한 다수 개 스핀들 및 가공 공구가 장착된 헤드부와;상기 베이스 일측면에 구비되어 상기 헤드부, 테이블 및 작업대를 제어하기 위한 메인컨트롤러부; 및상기 작업대에 안치된 피가공물 정렬 위치 및 가공 전 형상을 인식하기 위하여 상기 Z축 지지대에 수직 방향으로 설치되는 다수 카메라부를 포함하는 비젼시스템;을 구비하되,상기 다수 개 작업대에 안치되는 다수 개 피가공물에 대한 정렬 및 형상 인식에 대한 다수 신호 및 센서 동작을 단일의 PC부에서 제어하며,상기 비젼시스템은 비젼카메라와, 촬영된 영상을 처리하기 위한 영상처리부와, 다수 센서 Input 신호 및 액추에이터의 Output 신호를 제어하는 신호제어부, 및 다수 Servo 모터 동작을 제어하는 모션제어부로 구성되는 PC부와, 다수 입출력 신호를 매개하여 상기 PC부에 제공하기 위한 In/Out 모듈 및 상기 모듈과 연계되어 전기 공급 및 전송 데이터 처리를 위한 PLC로 구성되고,상기 비젼시스템은 템플레이트 정합(Template matching)을 통한 패턴 인식 방법을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비젼시스템을 구비한 CNC 공작기계.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 패턴 인식을 위한 영상 추출은 상기 템플레이트 및 피가공물의 센터를 인식시켜 정렬 후 윤곽 추출 또는 에지 추출을 사용하여 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비젼시스템을 구비한 CNC 공작기계.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 윤곽 추출 또는 에지 추출시 피가공물이 사각 형태인 경우 기울어진 각도 측정을 통하여 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비젼시스템을 구비한 CNC 공작기계.
