Claims (7)
- 내연 기관의 배기 통로에 제공되는, 내연 기관용 배기 가스 정화 장치이며,담체와,상기 담체 상에 담지되고 미연소 연료를 흡착하도록 구성되는 HC 흡착층과,상기 HC 흡착층의 표면에 담지되고 미연소 연료를 산화 제거하도록 구성되는 3원 촉매층을 포함하고,상기 HC 흡착층은 그 각각이 중공 공간을 갖고 적층되는 미립자 형상의 HC 흡착체를 포함하는 내연 기관용 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 HC 흡착체는 중공 공간과 외부를 연통하는 개구부를 포함하고,상기 각각의 HC 흡착체의 내경 및 상기 개구부의 개구 직경은 배기 가스 중의 미연소 연료의 분자 직경보다 큰 내연 기관용 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 개구부의 개구 직경이 3 ㎚ 내지 100 ㎚인 내연 기관용 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 HC 흡착체는 귀금속 촉매를 담지하는 내연 기관용 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 HC 흡착체는 80 % 내지 95 %의 중공률을 갖는 내연 기관용 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 HC 흡착체는 제올라이트로 구성되는 내연 기관용 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 HC 흡착체는 200 ㎡/g을 초과하는 비표면적을 갖는 내연 기관용 배기 가스 정화 장치.
