Claims (11)
- 압력용기에서 공급관을 통해 공급되는 유체를 저장하는 유체저장탱크;상기 유체저장탱크로부터의 유체를 공급관을 통해 시험편에 분사시키는 분사노즐;상기 분사노즐과 시험편이 일측에 장착되고 용기내부로 분사되는 유체를 관찰가능한 시험용기;상기 시험편에서 주변에 설치되어 그 시험편에서 누설되는 유체의 음향을 감지하는 음향감지수단;상기 음향감지수단에서 감지하는 신호를 측정하는 음향신호측정기; 및상기 음향신호측정기에서 측정된 음향신호를 분석하는 신호분석용 컴퓨터를 포함하며,상기 음향감지수단은 상기 시험용기 외부에서 시험편에 인접되게 설치된 제1음향센서와, 상기 시험용기 내부에 설치된 제2음향센서를 포함하고,상기 시험용기에 제1 유체가 채워진 상태에서 상기 분사노즐에서 제2 유체가 분사될 때, 상기 제1 및 제2 음향센서가 상기 제2 유체의 누설에 따른 음향을 감지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 유체누설 모의시험장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유체저장탱크와 분사노즐 사이의 공급관 유체의 압력을 조절하는 압력조절부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 유체누설 모의시험장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시험용기의 용량을 초과하는 유체의 양을 측정하는 유량실린더를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 유체누설 모의시험장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 유체 및 제2 유체는 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 유체누설 모의시험장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 유체는 공기이고, 상기 제2 유체는 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 유체누설 모의시험장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 유체는 물이고, 상기 제2 유체는 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 유체누설 모의시험장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 유체는 공기이고, 상기 제2 유체는 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 유체누설 모의시험장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시험용기는 투명아크릴재로 원통형으로 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 유체누설 모의시험장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 음향신호측정기에는 웨이브릿 시간-주파수 분석과 이벤트 지속기간의 음향변수 상관성분석 프로그램이 내장된 것을 특징으로 밸브 유체누설 모의시험장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 이벤트 지속기간의 음향변수 상관성분석 프로그램에 의해 1/㎖/min/inch 미만의 유체누설량이 측정가능하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 유체누설 모의시험장치.
