Abstract
이에 의하면, 하우징 내로 투입된 분쇄 대상물은 분쇄 과정 시 스토퍼에 의하여 회전 커터들 및 디스크들과의 충돌 범위 내에 잔류되어 스크린을 통해 분리되기까지 분쇄되므로, 종래 시간당 15톤의 분쇄물을 생산하던 것을 본 발명에 의하면 그 2배인 시간당 30톤 가량의 분쇄물을 생산할 수 있어, 기존 2개 라인의 분쇄시스템 설비를 1개 라인의 분쇄 시스템 설비로 대체할 수 있어 경제적인 장점이 있다. 또한, 회전 커터 중 분쇄 대상물과 접촉되어 저항을 많이 받는 모서리 부분을 경사지게 형성하여 분쇄 대상물에 의한 저항을 감소시킴으로써 마모율을 낮춰 회전 커터의 잦은 교체를 방지할 수 있다. 또한, 스크린이 결합되는 결합 지지대에 자성체를 설치함으로써 분쇄 대상물 내에 함유된 금속 물질을 분리해 낼 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Claims (3)
- 상부에 분쇄될 대상물의 유입구가 형성된 하우징;
상기 하우징에 내장되어 회전되는 회전 로터;
상기 회전 로터에 결합되어 상기 회전 로터의 회전 시 상기 대상물과 충돌하여 상기 대상물을 분쇄하는 복수개의 회전 커터;
상기 회전 로터의 회전 시 상기 회전 커터가 형성하는 원에 인접 배치되며, 복수개의 배출홀이 형성되어 상기 분쇄된 대상물을 배출하는 한 쌍의 스크린; 및
상기 한 쌍의 스크린 사이에 배치되어 상기 한 쌍의 스크린이 서로 결합되도록 각각의 마주하는 단부를 서로 결합시키는 결합 지지대;를 포함하며,
상기 하우징의 상부에 좌우로 회전 가능하게 결합되며, 회전에 의해 상기 유입구의 일측을 폐쇄하는 가이드; 및
상기 하우징의 상부 중 적어도 어느 한 방향의 상부의 내면에 상기 회전 커터들에 의해 분쇄되며 이동되는 상기 대상물이 상기 상부 측으로 확산되는 것을 차단하는 스토퍼;를 포함하는 분쇄기. - 삭제
