Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 기판을 준비하는 단계와;상기 기판상에 배향막 원료와 오버코트층 원료가 섞인 혼합액을 도포하는 단계와;상기 배향막 원료와 오버코트층 원료간의 밀도차이를 이용하여, 상기 혼합액의 오버코트층 원료가 상기 기판상에 형성되고 상기 배향막 원료가 오버코트층 원료의 상부에 형성되도록 상기 오버코트층 원료와 상기 배향막 원료를 층간 분리하는 단계와;상기 층간 분리된 혼합액을 열처리하여 상기 혼합액내의 배향막 원료와 오버코트층 원료간의 층간 분리현상을 더욱 촉진함과 아울러 상기 혼합액을 경화하는 단계와;상기 혼합액의 오버코트층 원료와 배향막 원료의 분리 및 상기 혼합액의 경화를 더욱 촉진시키기 위하여 상기 혼합액에 자외선을 조사하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡전계방식 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 혼합액의 배향막 원료를 경화시켜 배향막을 형성하고, 상기 배향막을 배향처리하는 것을 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡전계방식 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배향막 원료는 폴리아미드, 폴리 이미드계 화합물, PVA, 폴리아믹산, PVCH, PSCN, CelCN계 화합물 중 어느 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡전계 방식 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 오버코트층 원료는 감광성 수지 및 아크릴 수지 중 어느 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡전계방식 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 혼합액에는 상기 오버코트층 원료가 상기 배향막 원료보다 더 많은 비로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡전계방식 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배향막 원료는 전체 혼합액의 1% 내지 10% 사이의 조성비로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡전계방식 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 혼합액은 오버코트층 형성시 사용되는 스핀 코팅장비를 사용하여 기판상에 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡전계방식 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기판과 혼합액 사이에 컬러필터층 및 블랙매트릭스층을 더 형성하는 것 을 특징으로 하는 횡전계방식 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
