Claims (9)
- 기판 상에 형성되는 유기전계발광어레이와;상기 기판과 실런트에 의해 합착되어 상기 유기전계발광어레이를 감싸는 패키징 판과;상기 패키징 판에서 상기 유기전계발광어레이와의 대향면에 형성되어 수분 및 산소를 흡수하는 덴드리머 화합물층을 구비하고;상기 덴드리머 화합물층은 아미드계 물질의 작용기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 덴드리머 화합물층은 상기 유기전계발광어레이와 대향하는 패키징 판 전체에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 패키징 판에 형성된 홈에 위치하여 상기 산소 및 수분을 제거하는 게터와;상기 수분 및 산소가 상기 게터로 이동되도록 함과 동시에 상기 게터를 고정시키는 반투막을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 게터는 산화칼슘(CaO) 및 산화바륨(BaO) 적어도 어느 하나가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 기판 상에 유기전계발광어레이를 형성하는 단계와;상기 유기발광어레이을 보호하기 위한 패키징 판을 마련하는 단계와;상기 패키징 판 상에 산소 및 수분을 흡수하는 덴드리머 화합물층을 형성하는 단계와;상기 덴드리머 화합물층이 형성된 패키징 판과 상기 기판을 실런트를 이용하여 합착하는 단계를 포함하고;상기 덴드리머 화합물층은 아미드계 물질의 작용기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 패키징 판에 형성되는 홈에 상기 산소 및 수분을 제거하는 게터를 형성 하는 단계와;상기 수분 및 산소가 상기 게터로 이동되도록함과 동시에 상기 게터를 고정시키는 반투막을 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 게터는 산화칼슘(Cao) 및 산화바륨(BaO) 적어도 어느 하나가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자의 제조방법.
