Claims (6)
- 수소 배출구를 구비한 하우징;전극 사이에 가수분해에 의해 수소를 발생시키는 화학적 수소화물, 가수분해의 물공급원이 되는 전해질, 그리고 수소발생을 위한 촉매의 혼합물이 삽입되어 있는 단위 셀들이 적층되어 구성되며, 상기 하우징 내부에 수납되는 셀 모듈;상기 단위 셀들의 전극을 병렬로 연결하는 도선;상기 단위 셀들의 (+), (-) 전극 간 회로 개폐를 위해 상기 도선에 설치되며, 수소를 필요로 하지 않을 때에는 회로를 개방상태로 유지하다가 수소발생을 필요로 할 때에는 회로를 폐쇄상태로 하여 전류를 흐르게 하는 스위치;를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 스위치의 닫힘시에 각각의 단위 셀 내에서 전해질을 물 공급원으로 하는 화학적 수소화물의 가수분해 반응에 의해 수소가 발생하여 상기 수소 배출구를 통해 공급되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 화학적 수소화물을 이용한 수소발생장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 화학적 수소화물은 MgH2, NaBH4, LiBH4, KBH4, NaAlH4, CaH2 및 LiH 중 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 화학적 수소화물을 이용한 수소발생장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 촉매는 MgCl2, NaCl, KCl, LiCl 및 CaCl2 중 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 화학적 수소화물을 이용한 수소발생장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 화학적 수소화물이 MgH2이고 상기 촉매가 MgCl2인 것을 특징으로 하는 화학적 수소화물을 이용한 수소발생장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 하우징 내부의 수소 배출구 측으로 단위 셀들에서 발생한 수소가 임시로 저장될 수 있는 임시저장공간이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화학적 수소화물을 이용한 수소발생장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 셀 모듈의 일측으로 단위 셀들의 수소 출구단에 수소만을 선택적으로 투과시키는 수소투과막이 고정 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화학적 수소화물을 이용한 수소발생장치.
