- 자성 나노입자를 유기 용매에 용해시켜 오일상을 제조하고, 유기성 표면안정제를 수성 용매에 용해시켜 수용상을 제조하는 제 1 단계;상기 오일상 및 수용상을 혼합하여 에멀션을 형성하는 제 2 단계; 및상기 에멀션으로부터 오일상을 분리하는 제 3 단계를 포함하되,상기 제 1 단계에서 수용상에 포함되는 유기성 표면안정제의 농도를 조절하 여, 복합체의 크기를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 나노복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,제 1 단계에서 사용되는 자성 나노입자는, (i) 나노입자의 전구체 및 표면안정제를 반응시키는 단계; 및 (ii) 상기 반응물을 열분해시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,제 1 단계에서 제조되는 수용상에 포함되는 유기성 표면안정제 농도가 2.0 내지 10 mg/ml인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,(a) 제 1 내지 제 3 단계를 거쳐 제조된 자성 나노복합체의 유기성 표면안정제에 결합 영역을 도입하는 단계; 및 (b) 단계 (a)에서 도입된 결합 영역에 조직 특이적 결합성분을 도입하는 단계를 추가로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
