Claims (10)
- 특정 이동국의 트래픽 전송 요청에 따라, 기지국이 순방향 그랜트 채널(F-GCH)을 상기 이동국에게 할당하는 단계와,상기 기지국이 역방향 트래픽 채널의 특정 서브채널(sub-channel)을 할당하기 위한 그랜트 메시지(Grant message)에 상기 그랜트 메시지에 의해 할당되는 서브채널을 제외한 나머지 서브채널들의 할당 정보를 더 포함시켜 상기 순방향 그랜트 채널(F-GCH)을 통해 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역방향 링크의 전송 데이터 레이트 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 할당 정보는 상기 나머지 서브채널들의 연속된 프레임 구간을 나타내는 소정 비트의 듀레이션 인디케이터(duration indicator)인 것을 특징으로 하는 역방향 링크의 전송 데이터 레이트 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 할당 정보는 상기 나머지 서브채널들의 각 할당 여부를 이진 비트 값으로 나타내는 소정 비트의 듀레이션 인디케이터(duration indicator)인 것을 특징으로 하는 역방향 링크의 전송 데이터 레이트 제어 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기지국이 할당할 서브채널이 3개인 경우에, 상기 듀레이션 인디케이터(duration indicator)는 1비트 내지 2비트인 것을 특징으로 하는 역방향 링크의 전송 데이터 레이트 제어 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기지국이 할당할 서브채널이 4개인 경우에, 상기 듀레이션 인디케이터(duration indicator)는 2비트 내지 3비트인 것을 특징으로 하는 역방향 링크의 전송 데이터 레이트 제어 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 그랜트 메시지는 상기 듀레이션 인디케이터(duration indicator)의 가용 여부를 나타내기 위한 1비트의 듀레이션 인디케이터 플래그(duration indicator flag)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역방향 링크의 전송 데이터 레이트 제어 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 듀레이션 인디케이터 플래그(duration indicator flag)가 온(on)일 때, 상기 듀레이션 인디케이터(duration indicator)가 나타내는 서브채널들이 상기 이동국의 트래픽 전송을 위해 할당되는 것을 특징으로 하는 역방향 링크의 전송 데이터 레이트 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기지국은 특정 트래픽 전송을 위해 이전에 할당된 서브채널에 대한 할당을 배제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역방향 링크의 전송 데이터 레이트 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 그랜트 메시지에 포함된 할당 정보에 의해 할당되는 상기 나머지 서브채널들은 상기 그랜트 메시지에 의해 결정되는 데이터 레이트로 트래픽을 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역방향 링크의 전송 데이터 레이트 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 그랜트 메시지는 상기 나머지 서브채널들에 대한 할당 정보의 포함 여부를 나타내는 플래그(flag)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역방향 링크의 전송 데이터 레이트 제어 방법.
