Description
Claims (13)
- 이온전도성 수지를 포함하여 이루어지는 내층;상기 내층의 이온전도성 수지보다 큰 EW 값을 갖는 이온전도성 수지를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 내층을 감싸며 형성되는 외층;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온전도성 수지 파이버.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내층에 포함되는 이온전도성 수지는 폴리아릴렌에테르설폰(poly(arylene ether sulfone)); 및 설폰산기가 도입된 폴리아릴렌에테르케톤(poly(arylene ether ketone)), 폴리아릴렌에테르이미드(poly(arylene ether imide)), 나일론(nylone), 셀룰로오스 아세테이트(cellulose actetate) 및 셀룰로오스 트리아세테이트(cellulose triacetate);로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온전도성 수지 파이버.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 외층에 포함되는 이온전도성 수지는 폴리아릴렌에테르설폰(poly(arylene ether sulfone)); 및 설폰산기가 도입된 폴리아릴렌에테르케톤(poly(arylene ether ketone)), 폴리아릴렌에테르이미드(poly(arylene ether imide)), 나일론(nylone), 셀룰로오스 아세테이트(cellulose actetate) 및 셀룰로 오스 트리아세테이트(cellulose triacetate);로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온전도성 수지 파이버.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내층에 포함되는 이온전도성 수지 및 상기 외층에 포함되는 이온전도성 수지의 EW 값은 각각 600~1000 및 601~1100인 것을 특징으로 하는 이온전도성 수지 파이버.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내층의 직경이 50 nm 내지 300 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 이온전도성 수지 파이버.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 외층의 두께는 100 nm 내지 300 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 이온전도성 수지 파이버.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내층 또는 외층의 단면은 원형 또는 각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 이온전도성 수지 파이버.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내층은 실리카, 티타늄 옥사이드, 지르코늄 옥사이드 및 포스포텅스틱산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 친수성 무기 물질을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온전도성 수지 파이버.
- 제1항에 따른 이온전도성 수지 파이버로 이루어지는 다공성 매트; 및상기 다공성 매트에 함침되며, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 비이온전도성 고분자 수지;를 포함하여 이루어지는 이온전도성 복합막.
- 제1항에 따른 이온전도성 수지 파이버로 이루어지는 다공성 매트;상기 다공성 매트에 함침되며, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 비이온전도성 고분자 수지; 및상기 다공성 매트에 함침되며, 퍼플루오르술폰산 폴리머, 탄화수소계 폴리머, 폴리이미드, 폴리에테르술폰, 폴리페닐렌설파이드, 폴리페닐렌옥사이드, 폴리포스파진, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트, 폴리에스테르, 도핑된 폴리벤즈이미다졸, 폴리에테르케톤, 폴리술폰 및 이들의 산과 염기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 이온전도성 고분자 수지를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온전도성 복합막.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,상기 다공성 매트의 기공도는 50~90%인 것을 특징으로 하는 이온전도성 복합막.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 따른 이온전도성 복합막; 및상기 이온전도성 복합막을 사이에 두고 서로 대향하여 위치하는 애노드 전극 및 캐소드 전극;을 포함하고,상기 애노드 전극 및 캐소드 전극은 기체확산층 및 촉매층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 막-전극 접합체.
- 하나 또는 둘 이상의 제12항에 따른 막-전극 접합체와 상기 막-전극 접합체들 사이에 개재하는 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 스택;연료를 상기 스택으로 공급하는 연료공급부; 및산화제를 상기 스택으로 공급하는 산화제공급부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
