Claims (6)
- 반응고 슬러리(500)가 투입되는 챔버(120)를 갖는 슬러리 분리본체(100);상기 챔버(120)내 반응고 슬러리(500)가 복수개로 절단되도록 상기 챔버(120)에 입출가능하게 상기 슬러리 분리본체(100)에 장착되는 분리커터(200);상기 분리커터(200)를 전후방향으로 이동하기 위해 상기 슬러리 분리본체(100)에 장착되는 구동부(300); 및상기 슬러리 분리본체(100)의 하부에 마련되는 이송롤러(400);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응고 슬러리 절단이송장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 슬러리 분리본체(100)는 상기 분리커터(200)에 의해 구획되는 복수의 슬러리 분리유닛(110)을 포함하고, 상기 복수의 슬러리 분리유닛(110)은 횡방향으로 인접하여 배치되어 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응고 슬러리 절단이송장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 슬러리 분리유닛(110)에는 전방 개폐를 위한 개폐도어(111)가 힌지 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응고 슬러리 절단이송장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 슬러리 분리유닛(110)에는 상기 챔버(120)내 산화방지 가스를 주입하는 가스주입부(112)가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응고 슬러리 절단이송장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 슬러리 분리유닛(110)에는 상기 챔버(120)내 온도를 일정 온도로 유지하기 위한 고주파 열처리부(113)가 내장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응고 슬러리 절단이송장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 복수의 슬러리 분리유닛(110)은 서로 다른 용량의 챔버(120)를 갖는 슬러리 분리유닛(110)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응고 슬러리 절단이송장치.
