Description
Claims (11)
- 배기가스가 일방향으로 유동되는 덕트(10)와;상기 덕트(10)의 내주면에 접합되는 전기절연체(20)와;상기 덕트(10) 내부에 길이방향으로 권취되는 니크롬선(30)과;상기 니크롬선(30) 내부에 길이방향으로 내설되어 니크롬선(30)과의 사이에서 코로나 방전을 발생시키며, 다각의 단면을 가지는 형상이거나, 또는 톱니모양의 돌출부(41)가 결합된 원형 단면의 형상을 가지는 방전봉(40)과;상기 니크롬선(30)과 방전봉(40)에 전기적으로 연결되어 고전압을 인가하는 고전압 발생장치(50)와;상기 니크롬선(30)에 연결되는 전압공급장치(60);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기열선을 이용한 자동재생형 자동차 배출가스처리용 정전 후처리장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 방전봉(40)은 니크롬선(30)과의 사이에서 발생되는 코로나 방전으로 상기 덕트(10) 내부를 유동하는 매연입자를 하전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기열선을 이용한 자동재생형 자동차 배출가스처리용 정전 후처리장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 하전된 매연입자는 상기 방전봉(40)과 니크롬선(30) 사이에서 발생된 강한 전기장에 의해 니크롬선(30) 내면에 포집되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기열선을 이용한 자동재생형 자동차 배출가스처리용 정전 후처리장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항에 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 니크롬선(30)은 일정량 이상의 매연이 니크롬선(30)에 포집되게 되면, 상기 전압공급장치(60)로부터 가해진 전기에 의하여 가열됨으로써 온도를 상승시켜, 상기 니크롬선(30)에 포집된 매연이 산화되어 제거되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기열선을 이용한 자동재생형 자동차 배출가스처리용 정전 후처리장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 전압공급장치(60)는 니크롬선(30)에 12볼트(V)의 직류 전압을 가하여 니크롬선(30)을 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기열선을 이용한 자동재생형 자동차 배출가스처리용 정전 후처리장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 전기열선을 이용한 자동재생형 자동차 배출가스처리용 정전 후처리장치는 다수개가 제작되어 단일의 원형덕트(80) 내에 모두 삽입설치되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기열선을 이용한 자동재생형 자동차 배출가스처리용 정전 후처리장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 전기열선을 이용한 자동재생형 자동차 배출가스처리용 정전 후처리장치는 소비동력을 200와트(W) 이하로 낮추기 위해, 상기 니크롬선(30)의 가열을 각 유니트별로 순차적으로 진행되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기열선을 이용한 자동재생형 자동차 배출가스처리용 정전 후처리장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전기절연체(20)는 전기 절연을 위해 석영관 또는 세라믹 튜브 중 하나 인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기열선을 이용한 자동재생형 자동차 배출가스처리용 정전 후처리장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 니크롬선(30)은 권취된 상태가 풀어지지 않고 유지될 수 있도록 1 내지 5mm의 두께(T)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기열선을 이용한 자동재생형 자동차 배출가스처리용 정전 후처리장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 전기열선을 이용한 자동재생형 자동차 배출가스처리용 정전 후처리장치는 다수개의 유니트가 동시에 배기가스의 매연 입자를 포집한 후, 각 유니트가 순차적으로 상기 니크롬선(30)에 포집된 매연을 산화시켜 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기열선을 이용한 자동재생형 자동차 배출가스처리용 정전 후처리장치.
