Claims (22)
- 무선 통신 시스템에서 서비스 품질(QoS) 보증을 제공하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법은:상기 무선 통신 시스템에 무손실 재배치 지시 정보를 정의하는 단계 (상기 무손실 재배치 지시 정보는, 인트라 접속 서비스 네트워크 무손실 재배치를 수행할지 여부를 지시하는 지시자, 인터 접속 서비스 네트워크 무손실 재배치를 수행할지 여부를 지시하는 지시자, 인트라 접속 서비스 네트워크 크로스-오퍼레이터 무손실 재배치를 수행할지 여부를 지시하는 지시자, 인터 접속 서비스 네트워크 크로스-오퍼레이터 무손실 재배치를 수행할지 여부를 지시하는 지시자를 포함하며, 상기 무손실 재배치 지시 정보는 상기 무손실 재배치가 해당되는 서비스 흐름 및 상기 무손실 재배치를 위해 전송될 필요가 있는 일련 번호를 더 포함함);상기 무선 통신 시스템의 엔티티들 간에 상기 무손실 재배치 지시 정보를 전송하는 단계; 및상기 전송된 무손실 재배치 지시 정보에 따라 무손실 또는 적어도 더 높은 레벨의 서비스 품질 보증을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 통신 시스템에서 QoS 보증을 제공하는 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 무손실 재배치 지시 정보는 상기 무선 통신 시스템에서 QoS 파라미터로서 역할을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 통신 시스템에서 QoS 보증을 제공하는 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 무선 통신 시스템은 무손실 재배치 처리 절차를 포함하고, 와이맥스(World Interoperability for Microwave Access) 시스템, 광대역 코드 분할 다중 접속(WCDMA) 시스템, 코드 분할 다중 접속(CDMA) 시스템, CDMA-2000 시스템 및 시분할-동기 코드 분할 다중 접속(TD-SCDMA) 시스템 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 통신 시스템에서 QoS 보증을 제공하는 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 무손실 재배치 지시 정보는 적어도 부분적으로 네트워크 복잡성, 크로스-오퍼레이터 가입, 지연 및 패킷 손실율, 또는 사용자 종류를 기반으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 통신 시스템에서 QoS 보증을 제공하는 방법.
- 접속 서비스 네트워크 게이트웨이와 기지국을 포함하는 무선 통신 시스템으로서,상기 접속 서비스 네트워크 게이트웨이는 상기 무손 통신 시스템에서 무손실 재배치 지시 정보를 전송하도록 구성되며, 상기 무손실 재배치 지시 정보는, 인트라 접속 서비스 네트워크 무손실 재배치를 수행할지 여부를 지시하는 지시자, 인터 접속 서비스 네트워크 무손실 재배치를 수행할지 여부를 지시하는 지시자, 인트라 접속 서비스 네트워크 크로스-오퍼레이터 무손실 재배치를 수행할지 여부를 지시하는 지시자, 인터 접속 서비스 네트워크 크로스-오퍼레이터 무손실 재배치를 수행할지 여부를 지시하는 지시자를 포함하며, 상기 무손실 재배치 지시 정보는 상기 무손실 재배치가 해당되는 서비스 흐름 및 상기 무손실 재배치를 위해 전송될 필요가 있는 일련 번호를 더 포함하며,상기 기지국은 상기 전송된 무손실 재배치 지시 정보에 따라 무손실 또는 적어도 더 높은 레벨의 서비스 품질 보증을 제공하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 통신 시스템.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 무선 통신 시스템은 와이맥스(WiMax) 시스템, 광대역 코드 분할 다중 접속(WCDMA) 시스템, 코드 분할 다중 접속(CDMA) 시스템, CDMA-2000 시스템 또는 시분할-동기 코드 분할 다중 접속(TD-SCDMA) 시스템인 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 통신 시스템.
