Claims (14)
- 코발트 및 니켈 중 하나 이상 5~10질량%와,주기율표 제 4, 5 및 6족 금속으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 탄화물(단, 탄화 텅스텐을 제외함), 질화물 및 탄질화물로부터 선택되는 1종 이상 0~10질량%를 함유하고;나머지부가 탄화 텅스텐으로 구성되고;탄화 텅스텐 입자를 주체로 하며, 상기 탄화물, 질화물 및 탄질화물로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 β입자를 함유하는 경질상을 상기 코발트 및 니켈 중 하나 이상을 주체로 하는 결합상으로 결합한 초경합금으로서:상기 탄화 텅스텐 입자의 평균 입경이 0.4㎛ 이상 1㎛ 이하이고, 또한 초경합금의 표면에 있어서의 총면적에 대하여 10~70면적%의 비율로 상기 코발트 및 니켈 중 하나 이상을 주체로 응집된 결합상 응집부가 복수 점재된 해도 구조를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 초경합금.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 초경합금의 표면에 있어서의 코발트 및 니켈의 총함유량은 상기 초경합금의 표면에 있어서의 금속 원소의 총량에 대하여 15~70질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 초경합금.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 결합상 응집부에 있어서의 코발트 및 니켈의 총함유 량(m1)과, 상기 결합상 응집부 이외의 정상부에 있어서의 코발트 및 니켈의 총함유량(m2)의 비율(m1/m2)이 2~10인 것을 특징으로 하는 초경합금.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 초경합금을 표면으로부터 보았을 때 상기 결합상 응집부의 평균 직경이 10~300㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 초경합금.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 결합상 응집부가 초경합금의 표면으로부터 5㎛까지의 깊이 영역에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초경합금.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 크롬을 0.01~3질량% 함유하거나, 바나듐을 0.01~3질량% 함유하거나, 또는 크롬 0.01~3질량%과 바나듐 0.01~3질량%을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초경합금.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 초경합금의 표면에 경질 피복막을 피복한 것을 특징으로 하는 초경합금.
- 코발트 및 니켈 중 하나 이상 5~10질량%와,주기율표 제 4, 5 및 6족 금속으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 탄화물(단, 탄화 텅스텐을 제외함), 질화물 및 탄질화물로부터 선택되는 1종 이상 0~10질량%를 함유하고;나머지부가 탄화 텅스텐으로 구성되고;탄화 텅스텐 입자를 주체로 하며, 상기 탄화물, 질화물 및 탄질화물로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 β입자를 함유하는 경질상을 상기 코발트 및 니켈 중 하나 이상을 주체로 하는 결합상으로 결합한 초경합금으로서:표면에 두께가 0.1~5㎛인 결합상 부화층을 가짐과 아울러, 상기 표면의 X선 회절 패턴에 있어서의 상기 탄화 텅스텐의 (001)면 피크 강도를 IWC, 상기 코발트 및 니켈 중 하나 이상의 (111)면 피크 강도를 ICo로 했을 때, 0.02≤ICo/(IWC+ICo)≤0.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 초경합금.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, X선 회절 패턴에 있어서의 상기 탄화 텅스텐의 피크에 대해서 하기 식(I)으로 구해지는 값을 (001)면의 배향 계수(Tc)로 했을 때 상기 표면에 있어서의 배향 계수(Tcs)와 초경합금의 내부에 있어서의 배향 계수(Tci)의 비(Tcs/Tci)가 1~5인 것을 특징으로 하는 초경합금.[수 2]TC(001)=[I(001)/Io(001)]/[(1/n)Σ(I(hkl)/Io(hkl))] …(I)I(hkl): X선 회절 측정 피크의 (hkl)반사면의 피크 강도Io(hkl): ASTM 표준 파워 패턴에 있어서의 X선 회절 데이터의 표준 피크 강도ΣI(hkl) = I(001)+I(100)+I(101)+I(110)+I(002)+I(111)+I(200)+I(102)n=8 (Io(hkl) 및 I(hkl)의 산출에 이용하는 반사면 피크의 수)또한, I(001)은 제 8 항에 기재된 IWC이다.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 초경합금 중의 산소 함유량이 초경합금 전체의 질량에 대하여 0.045질량% 이하이고, 또한 상기 경질상의 탄화 텅스텐 입자의 평균 입경이 0.4~1.0㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 초경합금.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 코발트 및 니켈 중 하나 이상의 함유량이 5~7질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 초경합금.
- 코발트 및 니켈 중 하나 이상 5~7질량%와,주기율표 제 4, 5 및 6족 금속으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 탄화물(단, 탄화 텅스텐을 제외함), 질화물 및 탄질화물로부터 선택되는 1종 이상 0~10질량%를 함유하고;나머지부가 탄화 텅스텐으로 구성되고;탄화 텅스텐 입자를 주체로 하며, 상기 탄화물, 질화물 및 탄질화물로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 β입자를 함유하는 경질상을 상기 코발트 및 니켈 중 하나 이상을 주체로 하는 결합상으로 결합한 초경합금으로서:상기 경질상의 평균 입경이 0.6~1.0㎛, 포화자화가 9~12μT㎥/㎏, 항자력이 15~25kA/m이며, 또한 산소 함유량이 0.045질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 초경합금.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 주기율표 제 4, 5 및 6족 금속으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상으로서, 크롬을 상기 결합상의 함유량에 대하여 탄화물(Cr3C2) 환산량으로 2~10질량%의 비율로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초경합금.
- 커팅면과 여유면의 교차 모서리부에 형성된 절삭날을 피절삭물에 대어서 절삭 가공하는 절삭 공구이며, 상기 절삭날이 제 1 항, 제 8 항 또는 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 초경합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 공구.
