Claims (10)
- 토출실 연결공간과 크랭크실 연결공간을 구비하는 밸브하우징, 전자 솔레노이드, 및 상기 전자 솔레노이드에 의해 상기 밸브하우징 내부를 왕복운동하는 밸브체를 포함하는 용량가변형 압축기의 용량제어밸브에 있어서,압축기의 토출압력이 상기 전자 솔레노이드의 전자기력에 따라 변하도록 구성되고,상기 밸브하우징의 내부에는 상기 토출실 연결공간과 크랭크실 연결공간을 서로 연결하는 제1안내공이 관통되게 형성되고,상기 밸브체는 오프 스프링에 의해 지지된 상태에서 전자 솔레노이드로부터 크랭크실 연결공간을 지나 토출실 연결공간까지 연장되어 있되, 토출실 연결공간으로부터 크랭크실 연결공간을 향해 상기 제1안내공의 입구를 개폐하게 되고,상기 밸브체의 토출실 연결공간쪽 단부에는 벨로우즈가 설치되어 있고,상기 밸브체의 전자 솔레노이드쪽 단부에는 크랭크실 압력이 작용하며,상기 오프 스프링은 전자 솔레노이드와 밸브체 사이에 형성된 솔레노이드 압력 수용부 내에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량가변형 압축기의 용량제어밸브.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 솔레노이드 압력 수용부와 크랭크실 연결공간 사이에는 연결통로가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량가변형 압축기의 용량제어밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서,상기 밸브하우징에는 온도에 따라 상기 밸브체에 변위를 주는 온도변형수단이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량가변형 압축기의 용량제어밸브.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 온도변형수단은 상기 벨로우즈의 선단과 밸브하우징의 토출실 연결공간 내면 사이에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량가변형 압축기의 용량제어밸브.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 온도변형수단은 바이메탈인 것을 특징으로 하는 용량가변형 압축기의 용량제어밸브.
- 토출실 연결공간과 크랭크실 연결공간을 구비하는 밸브하우징, 전자 솔레노이드, 및 상기 전자 솔레노이드에 의해 상기 밸브하우징 내부를 왕복운동하는 밸브체를 포함하는 용량가변형 압축기의 용량제어밸브에 있어서,압축기의 토출압력이 상기 전자 솔레노이드의 전자기력에 따라 변하도록 구성되고,상기 밸브하우징의 내부에는 상기 토출실 연결공간과 크랭크실 연결공간을 서로 연결하는 제1안내공이 관통되게 형성되고,상기 밸브체는 오프 스프링에 의해 지지된 상태에서 전자 솔레노이드로부터 크랭크실 연결공간을 지나 토출실 연결공간까지 연장되어 있되, 토출실 연결공간으로부터 크랭크실 연결공간을 향해 상기 제1안내공의 입구를 개폐하게 되고,상기 밸브체의 토출실 연결공간쪽 단부에는 벨로우즈가 설치되어 있고,상기 밸브체의 전자 솔레노이드쪽 단부에는 크랭크실 압력이 작용하며,상기 밸브하우징에는 온도에 따라 상기 밸브체에 변위를 주는 온도변형수단이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량가변형 압축기의 용량제어밸브.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 온도변형수단은 상기 벨로우즈의 선단과 밸브하우징의 토출실 연결공간 내면 사이에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량가변형 압축기의 용량제어밸브.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 온도변형수단은 바이메탈인 것을 특징으로 하는 용량가변형 압축기의 용량제어밸브.
