Claims (6)
- 희토류 원소의 담지량이 제올라이트중의 알루미늄에 대하여 원자비로 0.4 내지 20의 범위인 결정성 알루미노 실리케이트 제올라이트 촉매의 존재하에, 유동상, 이동상, 또는 이송라인 반응형식의 연속 촉매재생이 가능한 반응기를 이용하고, 반응 온도 500 내지 700℃, 반응 압력 50 내지 500 kPa, 스팀/탄화수소(질량비) 0.01 내지 2, 촉매/탄화수소(질량비) 15 내지 50, 및 접촉 시간 0.1 내지 10초의 반응 조건하에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 접촉분해 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,희토류 원소가 란타늄, 세륨, 프라세오디뮴, 네오디뮴, 사마리윰, 가돌리늄 및 디스프로슘으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 접촉분해 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,희토류 원소의 담지량이 상기 제올라이트 촉매중의 알루미늄에 대하여 원자비로 0.6 내지 5의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 접촉분해 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제올라이트의 SiO2/Al2O3(몰비)가 25 내지 800인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 접촉분해 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,스팀/탄화수소(질량비)가 0.1 내지 1인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 접촉분해 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,분해반응의 접촉 시간이 0.5 내지 5초인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 접촉분해 방법.
