Claims (5)
- 엔진의 연소로 발생되는 블록 진동 신호를 측정하는 과정;블록 진동에서 분석하고자 하는 주파수 영역을 설정한 다음 웨이블렛 스케일로 분할하는 과정;상기 분할된 웨이블렛 스케일에 대하여 연속적인 웨이블렛 변환을 실행하여 시간에 따른 결과 값을 추출하고, 이전 스케일의 결과 값과 이후 스케일의 차이 값을 계산하는 과정;상기 계산된 차이 값과 설정 값을 비교하여 설정 값을 초과하면 해당 시점의 크랭크 각도를 저장하는 과정;전체 웨이블렛 스케일에 대한 비교가 완료되면 저장된 크랭크 각도를 평균하여 연소시기를 판별하는 과정;을 포함하는 압축 착화 엔진의 연소시기 판별방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 블록 진동 신호의 측정은 엔진 블록에 장착되는 가속도 센서를 이용하는 압축 착화 엔진의 연소시기 판별방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 웨이블렛 스케일은 100Hz 단위로 분할되는 압축 착화 엔진의 연소시기 판별방법.
- 엔진 블록의 소정 위치에 장착되어, 연소에 따른 블록 진동을 검출하는 가속도 센서;상기 가속도 센서에서 검출되는 블록 진동을 웨이블렛 스케일로 분할한 다음 웨이블렛 변환하고 설정값과 비교하여 크랭크 각도를 추출하고, 전체 주파수 영역에 대하여 추출된 크랭크 각도를 평균하여 연소시기를 판별하는 제어부;를 포함하는 압축 착화 엔진의 연소시기 판별장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 블록 진동에서 분석을 위한 주파수 영역을 설정한 다음 웨이블렛 스케일로 분할하고, 각 스케일을 웨이블렛 변환하여 시간에 따른 결과 값을 추출하며, 이전 스케일의 결과 값과 이후 스케일의 차이 값을 계산하여 차이 값이 설정 값을 초과하면 해당 시점의 크랭크 각도를 저장하고, 전체 스케일에 대한 크랭크 각도를 평균하여 연소시기를 판별하는 압축 착화 엔진의 연소시기 판별장치.
