Claims (5)
- 액정표시장치 제조방법에 있어서,제1기판 상에 컬러필터들을 형성하는 단계와;제2기판 상에 박막트랜지스터를 형성하는 단계와;상기 박막트랜지스터 상에 층간절연막을 형성하는 단계와;상기 컬러필터들의 경계부에 상기 컬러필터들의 오버랩에 의해 형성된 단차부에 대응하여 상기 층간절연막에 오목부를 형성하는 단계와;상기 층간절연막 상에 화소전극을 형성하는 단계와;상기 제1기판과 상기 제2기판 사이에 액정층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 오목부를 형성하는 단계 후 상기 층간절연막를 열처리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 층간절연막에 상기 오목부를 형성하는 단계에 있어서, 상기 화소전극과 박막트랜지스터를 연결하는 콘택홀을 더 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 오목부와 상기 콘택홀이 형성된 층간절연막 상에 추가의 층간절연막을 더 형성하는 단계와;상기 콘택홀에 다중의 단차가 형성되도록 상기 추가의 층간절연막에 비아홀을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
- 액정표시장치에 있어서,컬러필터들이 형성된 제1기판과;박막트랜지스터가 형성된 제2기판과;상기 제2기판 상에 형성된 층간절연막과;상기 층간절연막에서 상기 컬러필터들의 경계부에 상기 컬러필터들의 오버랩에 의해 형성된 단차부에 대응하여 형성된 오목부와;상기 제1기판과 상기 제2기판 사이에 형성된 액정층을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
