Claims (2)
- 연속주조말기 말주편을 주조하기 위하여 레이들-턴디시를 거쳐 몰드로 용강이 유입된 후 디슬래깅 및 말주편의 인출공정을 포함하는 페라이트계 스테인리스강의 연속주조 방법에 있어서,상기 디슬래깅의 주속은 연속주조의 정상주속과 동일하게 하고, 말주편의 인출속도는 연속주조의 정상주속 대비 103~120% 범위로 제어하는 것을 포함하는 페라이트계 스테인리스강의 말주편 폭편차 저감을 위한 연속주조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 말주편의 최대폭편차는 하기 식 1에서 표현되는 최대폭편차값이 15mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트계 스테인리스강의 말주편 폭편차 저감을 위한 연속주조 방법.[식 1]최대폭편차 = -186.3(정상주속 대비 인출속도(%))2+ 414.4(정상주속대비 인출속도(%))-244.1
