Claims (5)
- 차량 충돌시 에어백하우징의 가스주입구를 통해 인플레이터의 팽창가스가 에어백쿠션에 주입되도록 구성된 차량용 에어백 어셈블리로서,팽창가스량이 조절되도록 가스주입구 상에서 이동되는 슬라이딩도어와, 상기 에어백쿠션의 팽창을 통해 상기 슬라이딩도어가 이동되도록 상기 에어백쿠션과 슬라이딩도어 사이를 연결하는 연결부재와, 가스주입구의 열림량을 조절하기 위한 방향으로 상기 슬라이딩도어의 이동을 가이드하는 도어가이드편을 포함하고,상기 슬라이딩도어에는 상기 에어백하우징에 고정되는 고정핀이 마련되되, 상기 고정핀은 상기 에어백쿠션의 팽창에 따라 일정 하중 이상의 힘이 가해지면 파단되고, 상기 연결부재는 팽창되는 에어백쿠션의 일정 형상 유지를 위해 상기 에어백쿠션에 내장되는 테더(Tether)로 구성되며,상기 에어백쿠션(300) 내 팽창가스가 많아지면 상기 연결부재(130)가 슬라이딩도어(110)를 당겨 고정핀(140)을 파단시키고 가스주입구(220)를 넓히는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어백 어셈블리.
