Claims (15)
- 솔더레지스트 인쇄를 위한 잉크젯 토출장치에 있어서,UV 경화형 아크릴레이트 화합물 및 열경화 관능기 화합물 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 모노머(monomer) 조성물을 저장하는 제1 리저버(reservoir);경화제 조성물을 저장하는 제2 리저버;상기 제1 리저버와 연결되며 상기 모노머 조성물을 토출하고, 상기 제2 리저버와 연결되며 상기 경화제 조성물을 토출하는 잉크젯헤드(inkjet head)를 포함하는 잉크젯 토출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 잉크젯헤드는,상기 제1 리저버와 연결되며 상기 모노머 조성물을 토출시키는 제1 잉크젯헤드; 및상기 제2 리저버와 연결되며 상기 경화제 조성물을 토출시키는 제2 잉크젯헤드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 토출장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 리저버와 상기 제1 잉크젯헤드를 연통시키는 제1 잉크공급튜브를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 토출장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 UV 경화형 아크릴레이트 화합물은 메타크로일기 또는 아크로일기 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 토출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열경화 관능기 화합물은 수산기(OH), 카르복실기(-COOH), 이소시아네이트기(-NCO), 아미노기, 머캅토기(-SH), 에톡시메틸기, 메톡시에틸기 및 옥사졸린기로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 포함하여 이루어지는 아크릴 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 토출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 모노머 조성물은, 반응성 또는 비반응성 희석제를 더 포함하고,상기 반응성 또는 비반응성 희석제는, 비닐에테르류, 에틸렌 유도체, 스티렌, 클로로 메틸스티렌(chloromethyl), α-메틸 스틸렌(α- methyl), 무수 말레산, 디시클로펜타디엔, N-비닐피롤리돈(N-vinlypyrrolidone), N-비닐포름아미드, 3-에틸-3-(페녹시메틸)옥세탄(3-ethyl-3- (Phenoxymethyl)), 크실릴덴디옥세탄, 옥세탄알코올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 토출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 모노머 조성물은, 착색제를 더 포함하고,상기 착색제는, 이산화티탄(TiO2), 프러시안 블루, 프탈로시아닌, 카드뮴 설파이드(cadmium sulfide), 산화철류, 비리리온, 울트라마린 및 크롬으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 포함하여 이루어지는 무기 안료인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 토출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 경화제 조성물은, 광 라디칼 중합 개시제 및 광 양이온 중합 개시제 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 토출장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 광 라디칼 중합 개시제는 안트라퀴논, 알킬 및 할로겐으로 치환된 안트라퀴논, 벤조인, 벤조인 알킬에테르류, 아세토페논류, 티올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 포함하여 이루어지는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 토출장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 광 양이온 중합 개시제는 요오도늄염, 브로모늄염, 클로로늄염, 술포늄염, 셀레노늄염, 피릴륨염, 티아피리륨염으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 포함하여 이루어지는 개시제인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 토출장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 경화제 조성물은, 비반응성 희석제를 더 포함하고,상기 비반응성 희석제는, 비닐에테르류, 에틸렌 유도체, 스티렌, 클로로 메틸스티렌, α-메틸 스틸렌, 무수 말레산, 디시클로펜타디엔, N-비닐피롤리돈, N-비닐포름아미드, 3-에틸-3-(페녹시메틸)옥세탄, 크실릴덴디옥세탄, 옥세탄알코올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 토출장치.
