Claims (6)
- 사전 설정된 렌즈 적층 갯수에 따라 복수의 스탬프를 구비하는 단계;사전 설정된 렌즈 적층 갯수에 따라 복수의 렌즈 기판을 구비하는 단계;상기 복수의 스탬프와 상기 복수의 렌즈 기판을 적층 순서에 따라 정렬하는 단계;상기 복수의 렌즈 기판 상에 렌즈용 폴리머를 도포하고, UV를 조사하거나 열을 가하여 경화하여 복수의 렌즈 요소를 형성하는 단계; 및상기 복수의 스탬프를 제거하는 단계;상기 렌즈 요소가 형성된 복수의 렌즈 기판을 적층하여 접착하는 단계;상기 복수의 렌즈 요소들을 일체로 각각 분리하기 위하여 절단하는 다이싱(dicing) 단계;를 포함하는 스탬프를 이용한 렌즈 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 스탬프를 구비하는 단계는,상부 스탬프; 복수의 내부 양면 스탬프; 및 하부 스탬프를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스탬프를 이용한 렌즈 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 상부 스탬프 또는 상기 하부 스탬프를 구비하는 단계는,베이스의 일측면에 렌즈 요소 몰드를 포함하는 마스터 몰드를 다수 장착하여 마스터를 형성하는 단계;상기 마스터 몰드를 덮도록 폴리머를 상기 베이스의 일측면 상에 도포하는 단계; 및상기 베이스에 대응하여 상측에서 베이스 기판으로 상기 폴리머를 압착경화하고 분리하여 상기 베이스 기판에 스탬프 몰드를 다수 구비한 스탬프를 형성하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스탬프를 이용한 렌즈 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 내부 양면 스탬프를 구비하는 단계는,베이스의 일측면에 렌즈 요소 몰드를 포함하는 마스터 몰드를 다수 장착하여 마스터를 형성하는 단계;상기 마스터 몰드를 덮도록 폴리머를 상기 베이스의 일측면 상에 도포하는 단계; 및상기 베이스에 대응하여 상측에서 상기 베이스 기판의 스탬프 몰드가 형성되지 않은 일측면으로 상기 폴리머를 압착경화하고 분리하여 상기 베이스 기판의 양측면에 스탬프 몰드를 다수 구비한 양면 스탬프를 형성하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스탬프를 이용한 렌즈 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 내부 양면 스탬프를 구비하는 단계는,2개의 베이스들 중 각각의 일측면에 렌즈 요소 몰드를 포함하는 마스터 몰드를 다수 장착하여 마스터를 형성하는 단계;상기 마스터 몰드를 덮도록 폴리머를 상기 2개의 베이스들 중 각각의 일측면 상에 각각 도포하는 단계; 및상기 2개의 베이스들 사이에 베이스 기판을 정렬하고, 상기 베이스 기판의 상측 및 하측에서 상기 베이스 기판으로 상기 폴리머를 압착경화하고 분리하여 상기 베이스 기판의 양측면에 스탬프 몰드를 다수 구비한 양면 스탬프를 형성하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스탬프를 이용한 렌즈 제조 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 스탬프를 제거하는 단계 이후에,상기 렌즈 요소가 형성된 복수의 렌즈 기판들 사이에 스페이서를 삽입하여 접착하는 단계; 및를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스탬프를 이용한 렌즈 제조 방법.
