Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- a) 적어도 다수의 중질 탄화수소를 3내지4의 탄소원자를 갖는 경질 올레핀으로 전환하기 위하여, 5개 또는 그 이상의 탄소원자를 가진 상대적으로 중질 탄화수소인 주원료와 유동화 입자 촉매를 접촉분해를 위한 반응존에서 접촉시키는 단계로서, 500℃에서 600℃의 온도, 68,9 kPa에서 172kPa(10 내지 25 psig)의 압력, 0.5 내지 10.0초의 체류시간과 20,7kPa 에서 68,9kPa(3 psig 내지 10 psig)의 탄화수소 부분압하에서 접촉시키는 단계;b) 사용된 촉매입자를 포함하는 반응혼합물과 경질 올레핀 및 다른 반응생성물을 포함하는 가스상 스트림을 반응존에 직접 연결된 봉쇄(containment)/분리(separation) 용기(vessel) 내의 싸이클론 분리 시스템에 전달하는 단계로서, 상기 싸이클론 분리 시스템의 적어도 일부분은 용기로 둘러싸인 내부 공간내에 위치하며, 상기 내부 공간에는 스트리핑 영역과 싸이클론 분리 시스템의 상기 일부가 위치하는 상부 영역이 포함되고, 상기 싸이클론 분리 시스템은 반응존에 직접 연결된 하나의 싸이클론을 포함하고 내부 1차 압력을 가지며 상기 스트리핑 영역은 2차압력을 가지고, 상기 내부 1차압력은 2차압력보다 3.4 hPa(0.05 psig) 이상 낮은 단계;c) 상기 하나의 싸이클론 내부에서 사용된 촉매입자를 기체상 유체로부터 분리하고, 상기 기체상 유체는 배출 포트를 통해 분리 용기로부터 유출물로 방출되며, 상기 사용된 촉매 입자는 스트리핑 영역으로 전달되는 단계;d) 포획(entrained)된 탄화수소를 제거하기 위하여 상기 사용된 촉매 입자를 스트리핑 가스와 접촉하는 단계로서, 포획된 탄화수소를 포함하는 상기 스트리핑 가스는 배출 포트를 통해 하나의 싸이클론으로 이동되며, 스트립(stripped)된 촉매 입자를 탈탄소(decoking)를 위해 재생존으로 전달하고, 재생된 촉매를 공급하기 위해 스트립된 촉매의 일부를 탈탄소시키는 단계;e) 재생된 촉매의 일부분을 주원료의 투입부분(injection point)의 반응존 업스트립(upstream)으로 전달하는 단계;f) 주원료와 분리되어 상기 반응존으로 2차원료성분을 투입하고, 상기 2차원료성분은 분리용기로부터 유출물의 환류 부분을 포함하고, 상기 유출물의 환류 부분은 분별에 의해 분리 용기의 하류(downstream)에서 유출물로부터 분리되며, 여기서 상기 2차원료성분은 주원료의 포화 탄화수소보다 가벼운 탄화수소 분류(fraction)를 포함하고, 상기 탄화수소 분류는 주원료가 투입되는 지점의 하류에서 다중 인젝터 지점을 통하여 반응존으로 투입되며 여기서 다중 인젝터 지점은 라이저내에서 작동 조건 및 하나 또는 그 이상의 2차원료성분의 분해(cracking) 조건과 부합되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 유동 촉매 분해 공정.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 재생존은 유동층을 포함하고, 스트립된 촉매 입자는 유동층의 중앙 부근으로 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 유동 촉매 분해 공정.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 탈탄소 단계는 재생존의 유동층에서 스트립된 촉매입자가 산화가스와 접촉되는 것을 포함하는 탄화수소의 유동 촉매 분해 공정.
