Claims (3)
- 브레이크페달(1)의 조작력을 진공 부압을 매개로 배력하는 부스터(2)를 통해 유압으로 변환시켜 브레이크 유압라인을 매개로 각 차륜(W)의 브레이크디스크(D)를 정지시키는 캘리퍼(6)로 공급하는 마스터실린더(3)가 리저버탱크(4)로부터 유입되는 작동 유체의 압력을 상승시키는 실린더어셈블리(5)로 이루어지되,이 실린더어셈블리(5)는 리저버탱크(4)로부터 유입된 작동 유체를 가압해 브레이크 유압라인을 통해 배출하는 메인챔버실린더(5a)와,부스터(2)에 연결된 메인챔버실린더(5a)의 반대부위에 메인챔버실린더(5a)와 나사계합부(5c)를 매개로 체결된 서브챔버실린더(5b) 및상기 메인챔버실린더(5a)내 과도한 작동 유압 발생시 메인챔버실린더(5a)내 공간을 확장시키도록, 상기 서브챔버실린더(5b)쪽으로 이동되는 한쌍의 보조피스톤(5f)과 연결피스톤(5d)을 통한 리저버탱크(4)쪽으로의 배출로 내부압력을 저하시키고, 스프링(5e)의 탄성복원력으로 복귀상태로 전환되는 압력저감수단으로 이루어진 차량용 브레이크의 맥동압 흡수장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 보조피스톤(5f)은 상기 메인챔버실린더(5a)의 메인챔버(5a')내에 인접된 보조챔버(5a")를 구획하면서 체적 변화를 통해 유체를 메인챔버실린더(5a)에 형성된 복귀통로(5g)를 통해 리저버탱크(4)로 배출시키고,상기 연결피스톤(5d)은 상기 보조피스톤(5f)에 의해 이동되면서 상기 서브챔버실린더(5b)내 공간으로 이동되며,상기 스프링(5e)은 상기 연결피스톤(5d)의 이동에 의해 압축된 후 메인챔버(5a')내 유체(오일) 압력 저하시 탄성력을 발생시켜 피스톤(5d,5f)을 복귀해 보조챔버(5a")의 체적을 복권시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 브레이크의 맥동압 흡수장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 압력저감수단의 작동 압력은 100bar인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 브레이크의 맥동압 흡수장치.
