Claims (15)
- 처리조내에 유기물을 주체로 하는 하수 또는 식품관련 공장배수의 유기성 오탁수를 전처리 없이 원수 그대로의 상태로 해서 피처리수로서 도입하고, 상기 처리조내에서 상기 피처리수중의 유기물을 분해 처리하기 위한 유기성 오탁수중의 유기물의 분해처리장치로서,상기 처리조는, 상기 피처리수의 처리조내에의 도입구와, 처리조내로부터의 처리수의 배출구와, 상기 배출구와 상기 도입구의 사이에 설치된 피처리수를 흘러 통하게 하면서 정화하기 위한 정화역과, 상기 정화역을 복수의 구획으로 나누기 위해서 정화역에 서로 이격하여 설치된 복수의 다공의 벽을 갖고,상기 다공의 벽은, 각각 지름이 3~10cm인 다수의 관통구멍이 형성된 판체 2매 또는 3매가 1세트로 되어 이루어지고, 상기 1세트로 되는 판체간의 간격은 10~50cm이며,상기 다공의 벽은 피처리수의 흐름을 거스르는 위치에 배치되고, 상기 다공의 벽을 사이에 두고, 그 내부에 산소를 포함하는 가스가 공급되는 호기성 세균에 의한 피처리수중의 용해성 유기물의 분해가 실시되는 호기성 구획과, 산소를 포함하는 가스가 공급되는 일이 없는 혐기성 세균에 의한 피처리수중의 고형 유기물의 분해가 실시되는 혐기성 구획이 조합되어 인접하고, 장치의 운전시에 상기 다공의 벽의 근방에 통기성 세균에 의한 피처리수중의 유기물의 분해가 실시되는 천이영역이 형성되는 구조를 갖고,또한, 상기 도입구와 배출구 중의 어느 하나는, 상기 호기성 구획 중 최상류측과 최하류측의 호기성 구획에 각각 연통하고 있는 것이며,상기 혐기성 구획의 바닥부에 고형물 고임부가 설치되어 있고, 각 고형물 고임부에 모인 고형물을, 피처리수의 유입경로의 방향에서 보아 바로 하류측의 호기성 구획에 도입할 수 있도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기성 오탁수중의 유기물의 분해처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 호기성 세균에 의한 피처리수중의 용해성 유기물의 분해와, 상기 혐기성 세균에 의한 피처리수중의 고형 유기물의 분해와, 통기성 세균에 의한 피처리수중의 유기물의 분해를 조합하여 3회 이상 20회 이하 반복하는데 충분한 수만큼 상기 다공의 벽이 설치되어 있는 유기성 오탁수중의 유기물의 분해처리장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 호기성 구획과 천이영역과 혐기성 구획이 조합되어, 피처리수의 유입경로를 따라서 직렬로 나열되어 있는 유기성 오탁수중의 유기물의 분해처리장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 다공의 벽이 서로 빈틈을 형성하여 평행하게 배치되어 이루어지는 유기성 오탁수중의 유기물의 분해처리장치.
