Claims (7)
- 차량에 설치되는 매니폴드에 있어서,회전축(52)을 갖는 엑츄에이터(50);유체가 소통되는 런너(62)가 형성되고, 일측에 결합공(64)이 마련된 쉘케이스(60);상기 쉘케이스(60)의 런너(62)을 개폐하는 개폐판(72) 및 이 개폐판(72)과 함께 회전하는 샤프트(74)을 갖는 밸브부재(70);상기 쉘케이스(60)의 결합공(64)에 회전가능하게 결합되되, 일단부에 상기 밸브부재(70)를 구성하는 상기 샤프트(74)의 종단부가 스플라인 결합되고, 타단부에 상기 엑츄에이터(50)의 회전축(52)이 결합됨으로써, 엑츄에이터(50) 및 밸브부재(70)를 분리가능한 상태로 연결하는 동시에, 엑츄에이터(50)의 구동력을 밸브부재(70)에 전달하는 원통형의 커플러(79);상기 커플러(79)에 끼워져서 상기 쉘케이스(60)의 내부에서 커플러(79)의 외주면을 회전가능하게 지지하는 저널베어링(80);상기 저널베어링(80)과 함께 상기 커플러(79)에 끼워져서 상기 쉘케이스(60)의 내부에서 커플러(79)의 외주면을 회전가능하게 지지하면서 기밀상태로 실링하는 탄성재 리테이너링(90); 및상기 리테이너링(90)을 상기 쉘케이스(60)에 착탈가능하게 고정하는 고정수단;을 포함하는 매니폴드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 저널베어링(80)은,상기 커플러(79)에 끼워지는 중공관(82); 및상기 중공관(82)의 내주면에 형성되어 상기 커플러(79)의 외주면과 마찰하는 테프론수지층(84);을 포함하는 매니폴드.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 중공관(82)은 금속판이 원통형으로 밴딩되어 형성되는 금속성 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 매니폴드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 리테이너링(90)은,상기 커플러(79)의 외주면과 대면하는 내주면에 돌출형성되어 커플러(79)의 외주면에 압착되는 적어도 하나의 실링돌기(92, 92');를 포함하는 매니폴드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 리테이너링(90)에 내장되어 리테이너링(90)의 강성을 보강하고, 직각으로 절곡된 단면을 갖는 금속링(96);을 더 포함하는 매니폴드.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 리테이너링(90)은,상기 금속링(96)의 단부가 위치하는 일측면의 표면에 유체의 흐름을 억제하 는 그루브(90a)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 매니폴드.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단은,상기 쉘케이스(60)에 형성된 상기 결합공(64)의 내측에 후크형태의 걸림돌기(64a)를 형성하여, 상기 걸림돌기(64a)가 상기 결합공(64)에 끼워지는 상기 리테이너링(90)의 단부를 걸어서 구속하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 매니폴드.
