Abstract
일측 플랜지(11)는 원동기의 출력축(O)에 연결되는 브레이크 디스크(2)와 결합되고 타측 플랜지(12)는 피동기의 입력축(I)에 연결되는 플랜지(3)와 결합되어 원동기의 출력축(O)과 피동기의 입력축(I)을 서로 연결하는 프레셔 마운팅 슬립 커플링(1)에 있어서, 상기 커플링(1)은; 중간축(4) 일측 스페이서(41)에 플랜지(11)를 형성하여 상기 플랜지(11)와 원동기의 출력축(O)이 연결되는 브레이크 디스크(2) 사이에 절연부(5)를 개재하여 결합하고, 상기 중간축(4)의 타측 보스(42)에는 과부하방지부(6)를 구비하고 플랜지(12)를 형성하여 피동기의 입력축(O)에 연결되는 플랜지(3)와 결합할 수 있도록 구성한 것에 요지가 있다.

Claims (5)
- 일측 플랜지(11)는 원동기의 출력축(O)에 결합되고 타측 플랜지(12)는 피동기의 입력축(I)에 연결되는 플랜지(3)와 결합되어 원동기의 출력축(O)과 피동기의 입력축(I)을 서로 연결하며 상기 출력축(O)의 플랜지(11)와 중간축(4) 사이에는 스페이서(41)와 절연부(5)를 개재하여 결합하고, 상기 중간축(4)의 타측 보스(42)에는 과부하방지부(6)를 구비하여 원동기의 입력축(O)과 결합한 프레셔 마운팅 슬립 커플링에 있어서,
상기 과부하방지부(6)는;
상기 보스(42) 외측에 외면이 테이퍼면(Taper)(61a)으로된 인너슬리브(61)를 결합하고, 인너슬리브(61) 외측에는 인너슬리브(61)의 테이퍼면(61a)과 대응하는 테이퍼면(62a)이 형성되고 인너슬리브(61)의 테이퍼면(61a)에 접하는 실린더(63)가 형성된 실린더(63)를 상기 입력축(I)의 플랜지(12)에 결합하며,
상기 아웃슬리브(62) 내측에는 인너슬리브(61) 외면과 접하고 내부에 압유를 공급하여 인너슬리브(61)의 내경을 확장시키고 아웃슬리브(62)를 밀어넣어 인너슬리브(61)와 아웃슬리브(62)의 테이퍼면(61a)(62a)에 결합력을 제공하고,
상기 테이퍼면(61a)(62a)의 결합력 이상의 과부하가 발생하면 인너슬리브(61)와 부싱(43) 사이에 슬립이 발생되게 하며,
상기 실린더(63)는 씰링(65)을 구비한 너트캡(64)을 인너슬리브(61)와 아웃슬리브(62) 내측으로 결합하여 실린더(63)를 밀폐시키되, 상기 실린더(63)를 밀폐시키는 너트캡(64)은 인너슬리브(61)에 고정시켜 실린더(63)내의 압력이 아웃슬리브(62)에 작용하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 프레셔 마운팅 슬립 커플링. - 삭제
