Claims (5)
- 금속 산화물을 전구체로 사용하되, 이매패류 패각의 내부에 금속 산화물을 담지하고 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 산화물 1D(one-dimensional) 나노구조체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리는 이매패류 패각의 내부에 금속 산화물을 담지하고, 500-900℃에서 4~13시간 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 산화물 1D 나노구조체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물은 탄탈륨(Ta), 크롬(Cr), 망간(Mn), 지르코늄(Zr), 비소(As), 타이타니아(Ti), 텅스텐(W) 및 몰리브덴(Mo)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나의 금속을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 산화물 1D 나노구조체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항의 방법으로 제조된 금속 산화물 1D 나노구조체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물 1D 나노구조체는 나노막대, 나노와이어 및 나노디스크로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나임을 특징으로 하는 금속 산화 물 1D 나노구조체.
