Claims (7)
- 은(Ag) 나노입자를 포함하는 은 나노 콜로이드의 제조방법에 있어서,정제수(水)에 질산은(AgNO3) 수용액과 제1환원제로서 시트레이트(citrate) 수용액이 혼합된 혼합액을 교반하여 출발물질을 생성하는 단계;상기 출발물질이 생성된 혼합액에 제2환원제로서 수소붕소화나트륨(sodium borohydride) 수용액을 첨가하는 단계; 및,상기 제2환원제 수용액이 첨가된 혼합액에 안정화제를 첨가하는 단계;를 포함하고,상기 질산은(AgNO3) 1당량에 대하여, 상기 시트레이트는 3당량, 상기 수소붕소화나트륨은 5당량으로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구형 은 나노입자 콜로이드의 제조방법.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 출발물질을 생성하는 것은,정제수(水)에 질산은(AgNO3) 수용액과 제1환원제로서 시트레이트(citrate) 수용액 및 보조 환원제로서 과산화수소(hydrogen peroxide)가 혼합된 혼합액을 교반하여 출발물질을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구형 은 나노입자 콜로이드의 제조방법.
