Claims (6)
- 바닥면에 고정 설치되고, 녹 발생이 없는 알루미늄을 소재로 압출 제작된 받침레일(10)의 상부면 중앙에 이격된 상태로 함몰 형성되는 한 쌍의 강철레일 삽입부(11)와;상기 강철레일 삽입부(11)에 하측이 삽입 설치되되 상측은 받침레일(10)의 상부면(12)보다 상부로 돌출하여 더 높은 높이로 설치되고, 상기 강철레일 삽입부(11) 간의 상측에는 주행롤러(30)의 가이드롤(31)이 원활하게 끼워지는 가이드홈(14)이 함몰 형성된 한 쌍의 강철레일(20)과;상기 강철레일(20)의 사이에 끼워지면서 이동을 안내하는 가이드롤(31)이 중앙에 형성되고, 상기 가이드롤(31)의 양측에는 강철레일(20)을 타고 구름이동 하는 한 쌍의 구름롤(32)이 형성되되 상기 구름롤(32)은 가이드롤(31)보다 더 작은 직경으로 형성되며, 상기 강철레일(20)과 동일한 재질의 강철로 제작되는 주행롤러(30)로 이루어지는 한편;상기 주행롤러(30)는 상판(41)의 양측에 한 쌍의 측판(42)이 하향으로 절곡 형성된 롤러프레임(40)의 저부 양측에 장착되고, 상기 롤러프레임(40)의 양단에는 롤러프레임 캡(50)이 끼움 설치되되 상기 롤러프레임 캡(50)은 양측에 삽입지지돌기(51)가 돌출 형성되며, 상기 삽입지지돌기(51)는 측판(42)의 선단에 함몰 형성된 삽입요홈(52)에 안착된 상태로 일체화 용접되는 한편;상기 롤러프레임 캡(50)의 상단에는 롤러프레임(40)의 상판(41) 저면에 밀착상태로 지지되는 절곡지지판(53)이 추가로 형성되고;상기 롤러프레임(40)은 전후 방향으로 이격되게 배치되고, 상기 롤러프레임(40)의 양측에는 측면프레임(60)이 연결 설치되되 상기 측면프레임(60) 및 롤러프레임 캡(50)은 체결부재(55)로 관통 결합되어 일체화 조립된 베드프레임(70)을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 향상된 모빌랙의 이동가능한 받침구조.
