Claims (8)
- 선박평형수 내의 해양미생물을 사멸시키는 방법에 있어서,상기 선박평형수를 선박평형수 탱크로부터 선박평형수 처리탱크로 이송하는 단계;선박 엔진의 배출가스를 상기 선박평형수 처리탱크 내의 선박평형수에 주입하여 상기 선박평형수의 수소이온농도를 높이는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박평형수 처리방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 선박평형수 처리탱크에서 처리된 선박평형수를 선박평형수 배출탱크로 이송하고 상기 선박평형수 배출탱크 내의 선박평형수의 온도를 높임으로써, 상기 선박평형수 내의 잔존하는 해양미생물을 사멸시키면서 동시에 상기 선박평형수 내의 이산화탄소를 배기ㆍ제거하여 상기 선박평형수의 수소이온농도를 해수의 수소이온농도에 근접시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박평형수 처리방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,산도를 갖는 물질을 상기 선박평형수 처리탱크 내의 선박평형수에 가하고, 상기 선박평형수의 수소이온농도를 변화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박평형수 처리방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 선박 엔진의 배출가스는 끄름 등의 입자상물질(PM)을 여과ㆍ제거하고 열교환에 의하여 냉각처리한 후, 상기 선박평형수에 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박평형수 처리방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 선박평형수의 수소이온농도는 pH 5.0 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 선박평형수 처리방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,배출되는 상기 선박평형수의 온도는 55℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 선박평형수 처리방법.
- 선박에 설치되어 선박평형수 내 해양미생물을 분리ㆍ제거하는 선박평형수 처리장치에 있어서,상기 선박평형수 처리장치는 상기 선박평형수를 저장하여 선박평형에 활용되는 선박평형수 탱크와 상기 선박평형수가 자유롭게 이동 가능하도록 연결되며, pH를 조절하여 상기 선박평형수 내에 살아 있는 해양미생물을 사멸ㆍ제거하는 선박평형수 처리탱크를 포함하되, 상기 선박평형수 처리탱크에 선박의 배출가스를 주입하여 선박평형수의 pH가 조절되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박평형수 처리장치.
