Claims (7)
- 하나 이상의 내부 관(2), 내부 관(2)과 간격을 두고 동심상으로 배치된 외부 관(13), 및 내부 관(2)과 외부 관(13) 사이의 환상 간극을 충전하는 폴리우레탄 또는 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체를 주성분으로 하는 열 절연층으로 구성되며, 상기 내부 관(2)은 연속 작업 방식으로 상기 외부 관(13)에 의해 둘러싸여지고, 상기 환상 간극으로 발포성 플라스틱이 도입되는 열 절연 도관의 제조 방법에 있어서, 폴리올, 펜탄계 추진제 및 공기가 정적 혼합기(18)로 공급되어 여기서 혼합되고, 이 혼합물은 동적 혼합기(24) 내에서 이소시아네이트와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 추진제가 시클로펜탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 액상 펜탄은 공압식 펌프에 의해 저장 탱크(16)로부터 도관을 통해 3-피스톤 격막 펌프(17)로 공급되고, 3-피스톤 격막 펌프(17)로부터 정적 혼합기(18)로 이송되는 것인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 펜탄은 3-피스톤 격막 펌프(17)에 의해 호스를 통해 정적 혼합기(18)로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분, 펜탄 및 공기로 구성되는 혼합물과 이소시아네이트 성분은 기어 펌프에 의해 동적 혼합기(24)로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
